Hotel in excellent location for south terminal. Hotel is spotless. Food choice perhaps minimul but very good. Room very spacious and decor in good taste.Excellent for parking the car for an away trip.Staff very helpful and smartly turned out.This hotel has been a well kept secret,but not anymore. My advice use this hotel if you require overnight stay before flying from south terminal. |

A modern, clean and very nice hotel. The bus to the airport was late and without being asked one of the staff on Reception phoned to find out where the bus was and came outside to us and told us not to worry and that it was on its way. |

The room was very comfortable, bed was a good size and facilities good. I would have liked more than one teabag each to make tea and more milk. We arrived too late to do anything about getting any more for the morning. |

Clean and well appointed room. The hotel is quite a walk from the south terminal along the vehicle and taxi access road, which is not very well lit for pedestrians. Alternatively, you can get the 'courtesy bus' which costs £5.00 for a five minute journey. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room and very comfortable The courtesy buses had stopped running when we arrived at Gatwick (11.30pm). The hotel's details were not displayed at the bus stop. The telephone number of the hotel given to us by Booking.com was incorrect. |

The room was very good, a little dark but the bed was comfortable. The access to the airport was fair but we did not realise when we booked that you had to walk along the road to the hotel, which was not a plus for us at 3.15 am. We were very dissapointed with the food in the resturaunt. We ordered stake and this was very poor quality and inedable. Although we sent out details the adress was wrong on out reservation. |

Large twin beds. Cleanliness. The female receptionist during our first check-in on the evening of 29 Sept was unwelcoming and lacked customer curtesy. However, the female receptionist on 7 October was excellent! |

Dinner was better than we expected If you book a table in a restaurant for a specific time, you do not expect to be told when you turn up - at the correct time -- that you must sit in the bar for another 15 minutes, especially when you can see vacant tables. Also, when you ask to speak to the restaurant manager, you do not expect him to ignore you while he continues serving other guests. The hotel is clearly understaffed and the staff -- though pleasant -- are under great pressure. |

Exceedingly quiet and restful after a long trip to the UK.The breakfast sausages were excellent. No guidance at the South terminal as how to get to the hotel. |

Hotel was perfect for overnight stop, connecting flight next morning was from South Terminal, 10 min away. Staff were very helpful and courteous,rooms clean and bright with modern furnishings. Had dinner for 4 in restaraunt, tasty food, cold beer. Recommended! |

Convenience of the hotel for the airport and the modern, clean appearance. Staff were helpful and check-in and check-out efficient. Not especially good value for money, but that is typical of most modern hotels, especially in London area, so it was not unusually bad in this respect |
