Decent business hotel. Comfortable room. Very decent breakfast with attentive staff.

Even as a guest at the hotel you have to pay separately for the hotel car park. Wifi not free.

Bed was awful !! I could feel the springs through the sheets and ended up folding the duvet over to try to make some padding. Rocked and rolled when you moved. I never understand any hotel that makes the reception, bars etc fabulous and then don't ensure the beds are comfortable....top priority surely, especially at an airport hotel where you may only be getting a few hours sleep. Shuttle bus to airport running 15 minutes late meant I had to walk at 04.57 to the terminal. Not a long walk, approx 10 mins but not ideal in the rain and at that time of day. Budget chains seem to be more comfortable at the moment.

The rate booked on-line from Kuala Lumpur of £65 didn't indicate that an early check-in fee of £50 was applicable before 12:00 and £25 before 15:00. We arrived at 09:45 after a 13 hour flight and 1 hour transfer from Heathrow to have our bill almost doubled. The internet usage rate was ludicrous given its supposed 'business friendly' approach. I couldn't help feeling that no stone was left unturned in the attempts to extract money at every available opportunity. Nickle and Dime approach that was in sharp contrast to every hotel used on the trip: Double tree Hilton Westminster Traders KL The Diamond Manila Pullman Jakarta Instana KL all infinitely better and for comparable prices. All-in-all a very bad experience and I won't be using Marriott again despite being a Rewards Member.

Everything - it was just perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and the ironing board in the room was very useful. Airport bus runs every 20 min and you do also express check-out.

It is very convenient location for someone need to stay one or two days in London.Walking distance to Gatwick airport is a plus.

Room had everything we needed.

Waited for shuttle did not arrive, we followed the signs and walked with luggage and it took us 1/2 hour to get there we could have arrived in Central London on the express train by then! One of the worst experiences from an airport hotel, and my daughter caught a cold as it was so late at night to be out........

Room was comfortable and clean and was appropriate for a long flight the following day. Only decided to do this the week before so good availability. Would go again.

Paid £18 for parking the car overnight. In future would book hotel and car parking for length of holiday (instead of booking separate car park at time of booking holiday).

Location.. However, with luggage the walk can seem endless!

connection of computer and parking was costly. these costs should be addressed when customer is booking so extra monies can be budgeted for same and not come as a surprise.
