Bland. Poor internet and you pay for it (though they credited me when I complained about slow speed). Like dial-up!

Superb location within walking distance to airport. Despite close proximity to airport I did not hear any noise from the aeroplanes

We were in room 425 and the hotel air con units were very loud all through the night even with our room air con turned off. A very unsatisfactory nights sleep before a long journey

The blowers in the restaurant were full blast on a cold day and we found it made our dinner quit cold.

The room was nice and it was very close to London Gatwick which is what we needed. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Clean and staff was great.

No place at all to sit outside and enjoy the lovely weather. Not really close to shopping.

Room was clean and comfortable....excellent location for airport access. Bar and restaurant had a nice selection of food and beverages.

Parking fee should be included for overnight guests. Direct customer contact should be done by employees without a major language barrier, I found it hard to understand my check in clerk.

Near South Terminal. Nice rooms. Comfortable bed. On site parking with first 1/2 hr free to check in and move car to Long Stay car park. Nice bar and restaurant. Overall a nice experience.

Bar prices. Two large G & T's = £25! Long queues can form when checking in. On site parking charges.

We use this hotel regularly when flying from Gatwick airport. It is only 5 minutes walk from South terminal. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the dining facilities are excellent particularly the breakfast choice

The baths are quite high and a grab rail by the shower end of the bath would be a good safety feature

Courtesy bus stops at midnight, so if you arrive after that you have to get a taxi and the bar is closed. Could be improved on that score.

The location is very convenient when flying out of Gatwick.

A charge of 50.00 pounds was put on our credit card in case we spent any money at the hotel as our room was prepaid. It is converted to Canadian dollars by our credit card company and as we did not spend any amount at the hotel we assume a credit is forthcoming, but with the conversion by the credit card company will be less than what the original charge was as they use a lower rate for credits. Charges should not be put on credit cards unless they are actually incurred. We did not sleep well as we found the mattress very hard and also there was no top sheet on the bed. We were too warm with the quilt on, but too chilly with nothing light to cover us.

The Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was quiet, comfortable and well appointed as well being walking distance from Gatwick airport.

This was a lovely farewell to England. The motel was excellent.Spacious,clean,friendly and very quiet even though it was like a bustling city at times. Only noticeable when walking past reception. Highly recommend this motel
