Score from 303 reviews Fabulous
Stylish rooms Free wifi Very comfortable
Good location for the local railway station.
A bit remote apart from proximity to the local railway station. Breakfast was a little average. Breakfast cereals are served in large coffee cups and a fried egg is not possible, because the kitchen is not equipped with a hob!
Décor good. Dining room good. Parking good. Staff helpful and friendly
Small bedroom BUT large bathroom Standard of breakfast varied.
Plentiful room size Very friendly staff Very comfy beds Amazing cooked breakfast Good bathroom facilities
No evening meal available in the hotel, but there are plenty of other places to eat nearby.
Room was perfect, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious.
modern decor, friendly staff, great breakfast. easy to stay in simple, but quality.
Would highly recommend this hotel, extremely clean and offers all you need
staff welcome, cleanliness and choice of breakfast
lack of acess to staff at night, came home had a cuooa and couldn't get any more milk for cuppa tea in morning. they could provide an access code to a stores cupboard or just provide more milk etc in room
Clean lines & modern feel, together with different things than 'english cooked on the menu, although you could have that as well. Excellent place to stay for work or visiting.
The hotel is located off the main roads so is quiet at night, but more difficult to find at first. It is very clean and well cared for.Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice and a good variety of hot options prepared to order.
Decent little hotel , much much cheaper than most of the places in the area, Not fancy but easy to stay there, modern sizeable room. Didn't really want fancy, just a decent base for visiting Blenheim and the Cotswolds.
Breakfast took ages and was limited in quantity and choice and the hotel isn't in a pretty village, Needed a better shower and also better lighting in car park, but generally it was more than 'get what you pay for' it was a good deal.
The hotel was clean and fresh and the room was open & spacious. The staff were friendly and made us very welcome.
There was no obvious desk to check in or out
Executive suite and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast cooked to order.
No sleeping late on a weekday due to the removals co. next door (which can also be a good thing as it gets you up and out!).
The rooms were beautiful - recently decorated and immaculately clean. The hotel itself was very quiet and the staff friendly, efficient and helpful. Although there is no restaurant on site, there is a lovely pub just down the road who give 10% off to Courtyard customers, which serves excellent food. A very comfortable, relaxing stay in a lovely hotel. Excellent value for money. We will be happy to return!
The only downside to the hotel was the lack of a restaurant on site. There is a small cafe which serves tea, coffee and light bites all day until 7pm where breakfast is served in the morning. The food is not fantastic, but serves a purpose if you are just after some morning fuel!
Clean rooms and modern bathroom. Nice little touch's such as Ipod dock speakers in room. Staff friendly and attentive
Booked ten minutes before I checked in and what a welcome. And what a room. Great value and lovely quiet location.
Superb Hospitality from everyone at Motel. Excellent breakfast with modification and/or substitutions as desired if available. Large well equipped bathroom with ample hot water. Large bed-room, flat screen TV, table, desk, couch, ample sink, counter and refrigerator. Good parking off-street in courtyard adjoining entrance. Very short drive to Woodstock, Blenham Castle, Churchill gravesite and several good restaurants.. Five minute walk to train station behind Motel with 13 minute ride to Oxford and about hour and 15 to London. Would not hesitate a return visit. The ready access to rail was a plus if you were traveling to a congested area to tour.
The rooms are very spacious and look lovely - they look more expensive than they are. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is AMAZING, it's huge and the shower is both modern and again big. We missed the breakfast deadline but the staff were so lovely that they gave us breakfast anyway as well as a friendly chat about the area. Less than 5 minutes walk away from the station, less than 10 minute drive to Witney. Very happy with our stay :)
Friendly staff. English breakfast.
Small bedroom. Traffic noise.
Clean comfortable room, easy access for late check in
Close to Woodstock and Blenheim Palace where we were visiting.
That there was no facility for food - not even snacks and the breakfast was like fast food. Porridge was in the plastic container that it was bought in and the tea was served in a mug with the tea bag in. Not what Im used to!!
As I have trouble walking the manager gave me a lift to and from a pub where I had dinner. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I thought the breakfast was very good.
I arrived at 5:15 and was told that nofood was not available and the bar closes at 7pm.
Access required Keypad code which had not been provided in time. The only personnel we saw were the breakfast staff. All totally impersonal.
Location Style Quality value
No bar service (but pub 10 minutes walk from hotel)
