Big clean rooms large bathroom, nice view of Windsor Castle, quick access to Heathrow and Windsor,
Pay for parking, you can only open the window a little bit.
Staff were great. Bedroom was large with a good area for working. Good location. Food not bad
Desk chair had been used heavily and was quite soiled and very tired. Bathroom was in need of updating, tiles, fittings etc could have been cleaner. Parking expensive considering the room rate - should be included for gueste
The hotel was very convenient for working in Windsor
Baby crying non-stop during supper
The room was clean and shower was good quality. The late check out time is also good as well
The comfy beds. Kids offered free milk and biscutes.
The prices for breakfast! It says kids eat free but don't state 1 child per every 1 paying adult! So quite pricey when I was alone with 4 children
Staff at the reception and catering service (bar and restaurant) was excellent. They were polite and helpful throughout my stay. I have also observed them to be very helpful with families with children.
In my view the upkeep of the hotel is poor as all the bathroom fitments and all carpet appears dated. Importantly it does not give one the feeling of being in a Holiday Inn.
Nice size room, very clean, plenty of tea, coffee. Very pleasant shower.
Bath towels a bit thin!
I like the location and rooms . It is a clean and comfortable hotel. the staff is always great .
The food was average and there was not a good understanding of food allergies. For example, gluten-free bread wasn't available.
The hotel is in an excellent location for what we require. Hotel reception staff very welcoming
Breakfast was very unsatisfactory. There is not enough staff the buffet is not kept topped up with food. Neither morning we had breakfast was every dish full of food and when they refilled them your breakfast you had was cold. Staff was too busy to refil your coffee which is the most essential part of breakfast
Guest sometime inconsiderate
It was friendly staff, and they helped my needs straight away no waiting straight to the job which is really good :-)
Mustafer the Manager was spot on
Parking a joke will go back to the travelodge
A world class chain hotel should not use cheap sausages. It would be acceptable for buffet breakfast but dinner...
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice with very comfy beds. Bathroom a little dated but very clean. Air con in room was a god send. Lovely view of winsdor castle. Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. Only 5 mins to Legoland...perfect. Will stay here when we visit again next year.
Breakfast time was very busy andwe had to wait 10 minutes for a table to become available. Staff were however very apologetic. No tea/coffee making facilities in room as advertised! Wi-fi exceptionally slow.
Location is good. On site parking.
Bed frames were creeky\ noisy to the extent I could not sleep as awoken by noise with every turn. The bathroom sink was dirty and cracked, the bath mat was surrounded by dirt, only suitable for standing shower.
Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly even though they seemed very disorganised. However they deserve a gold medal for dealing with the amount of children running around.
This hotel does packages for family trips to Legoland which is great if you are a family with young children but not if you are 4 adults on a business trip. The bed was really uncomfortable, the restaurant closed at 9.30pm on a saturday night and the wine choice is poor, had to choose 3 different bottles before they found one in stock! On top of that I wanted to re book for the following week for another business trip but they wanted to charge another £140 more than I had paid for this weekend so needless to say I am staying somewhere else - very short sighted as my bar and restaurant bill was over £200 so they have lost that revenue as well.
The staff at reception,Leila and Mustafa, were excellant and went out of there way to help us. The children were made to feel very welcome. A excellant stay all round.
Breakfast was great only stayed at the hotel because it was easy to get to legoland and windsor
Room was out dated...sink had been scrubbed so much you could see scratches breakfast/dinner from next room had been left outside their room all day
room lovely, bed lovely and clean.
our room was next to the lift on the 8th floor room 803 every time somebody used it we could hear the lift which was quite noisy and woke us up. Maybe needs a repair have stopped at many Holiday Inn's and have never had this problem before. We will always look to book with this Hotel chain in the future.
comfortable and clean. Plus a great car park
The staff were very helpful and the room had everything that was needed and it was very clean. Good access to Windsor, Slough and the motorway. Quiet after 10pm.
air conditioning soap etc provided phone to call friends in another room
Very friendly staff. Nice room, with a.c. bathroom need an update
In the middle of the night a person knocked on our door two times. Is there no security to check who is entering? Gives an uneasy feeling.
Food was ok but little choice, location for Windsor for those with a car was good
Extra payment for parking.
