I booked a queen room with 2 queen beds for my stay. When I arrived it was a small room with 2 double beds in. I went to reception to ask about the mix up showing them my invoice from booking.com, they claimed they do not have queen beds only in executive suites which I hadnt paid for.

It was cold in the rooms and very noisy because of the traffic of the cars from outside; hotel is very near by a road; air conditioned is very old and noisy in the room;

Reception staff very helpful. Room lived up to expectations in cleanliness. Good atmosphere in the hotel unlike some more modern but characterless hotels. Despite calling 2 days before arrival to book a table in the restaurant was informed on checking in that due an Xmas party being held in the restaurant only bar food would be available.

Value for money, good location, friendly staff. Dated interior decor, executive suite was nothing special, room was very cold, heater only blew out cold air regardless of setting and was extremely noisy.

The room was ok apart from the mould on the window side. The english breakfast was cold but tasted nice. The bed was very comfortable. The water from the shower wasnt as hot as I would like Mould on the window side, warm shower, cold breakfast, over priced for the room,

The hotel served its purpose as a convenient place to stay overnight - we were able to visit Windsor and it was also very convenient for Heathrow Airport as the main purpose of our visit was to pick up an animal from the airport. The reception and housekeeping staff were excellent - very friendly and welcoming. Not necessarily a complaint, but the hotel is very much in need of upgrading and there were signs up saying that this was in progress so probably in a few months it will be a lot smarter. The food was very average - we had dinner there. Breakfast was also of a poor quality - obviously the food was put out at 7.00/7.30 am, so by 9.30 was rather dried up and unappetising.

overall friendly. room clean and comfortable, breakfast was good with lots of choice and I would certainly use and recommend again staff at breakfast could not understand me properly and told me breakfast was not included (it was, but I had to go to the main desk to get it sorted)

Gosh the welcome was superb the staff very accommodating the room was above our expectations very cozy we definitely wld book this hotel again and again Not sure abt the food as we never had the chance to leave our room loved it l give it xxxxx stars and my overall view is 8/10 very smart keep it up

l stay in hotel more or less all over the world l have never had to pay for a car park if l am a paying customer in a hotel l dont think ist fair that we have to pay for the car park if l was just a visitor l understand but if l am staying in the hotel l dont think this is fair

Location was perfect being a short distance from the Montem sports hall where we were to visit for the vw swapmeet. It was also very easy to find and the staff helpfull. Booking early ensured we also had a bargain too! Although for the price we paid for the room and it's location the only fault I could find was that the bar lacked atmosphere and the drinks were expensive but then what modern hotel bar has atmosphere!! Also the restaurant didn't appetise but a short taxi trip into windsor netted a fantastic meal and an abundance of lovely pubs!
