Good price and nice staff
There was free wifi if you join their loyalty scheme
The speed was woeful and will mean I won't choose the hotel again. Like a lot of business staying guests I need to have a good internet connection
Staff excellent, courteous and helpful. Decor pleasant. parking easy. Great location for shops and Trinity conference centre.
Beds a bit past it. We rolled into the middle of the double and you could feel all the springs in the sofa bed. Shame because otherwise the hotel was great...but you do need a good night's sleep!
Straight in off the A14. Very close proximity to the Trinity Showground and ease of getting to it. Plenty of resturants nearby.
The 2 days I stayed there were some very roudy Irish guests staying, 4.10 one morning coming in blaming one another for not having the key.
Clean and comfortable.
Facilities look tired and worn Not sure why there was a spare folding bed set up in our room. Trouser press was broken.
Room was great and the staff very helpful and friendly
The coffee etc never anough milk coffee
Convenience - fast check in; facilities well laid out; appropriately equipped bedroom - and excellent breakfast.
After such a short stay with no evening meal or bar time, I have no observations.
The location. The helpfulness of reception staff. Initial helpfulness of restaurant staff.
Poor quality of food. I should have complained at the time but I didn't want the hassle so just put up with truly lousy food. Lack of attention from waiters once my order had been taken. I had to summon a waiter to clear my main course and take my dessert order.
Toast in bin in bathroom No dressing gowns Some furniture need up dating
Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room clean bed comfortable. Nothing stunning or out of the ordinary but for a one night stay all we needed.
Nice reception. My room was clean.
So many things. Breakfast is poor and v expensive. Some staff are surly. Dining chairs are stained and dirty. Often sold out of food.
staff friendly and helpful. Food quite good
rather mean in supply of coffee, milk and bathroom supplies. Breakfast expensive. Good breakfast much cheaper across the road at Brewers Fayre
All personnel very helpful and kind.
Bathroom desperate for shelves and /hooks for shaving/makeup/change of clothing.
Location, big wide bed.
Litter all over the car park on entry, only one bedside table and lamp for a king size double bed, soulless
Location.cleanliness of room.large comfortable bed compensated for noise.
Asked for a quiet room but was given one for two nights that was at end of corridor near a road, did not have time to complain after first night.because it was warm than we needed the windows open which increased problem, ,
Very convenient for my travel needs Easily accessible
Inflexible breakfast offer. I don't require a huge breakfast. I should have liked to be able to choose a simple meal and pay accordingly
Would have liked a family room Given the furthest room from reception despite a 2 night stay locked out of my room on my return 2nd night.
Clean and tidy, reception and cleaning staff very friendly and polite.
Smokers outside the main entrance you walk through their smoke to get to reception. The room No 60 was clean but very dated. Needs a good refurb! Only one bedside table and lamp, why in a double room, told "company policy"!! Why do photos on website show rooms with bedside tables and two table lamps then? Only 4 coat hanger in double room, asked for more, 4 more supplied. Noisy room, traffic all night - empty container lorry's. No air conditioning. Extractor fan in bathroom did not work.
Friendly staff, large bedrooms, comfortable beds, very convenient location, a good place to stay, excellent value for money
Seats right outside the main entrance is a bit odd as you're in the car park, and when people are sitting smoking, you walk through their smoke to get to reception. The ashtrays & litter bins were full when we arrived, so not a good first impression. The room was clean but very dated. Needs a good refurb!
Very good, but it was only a one night stay. No grumbles at all, it was good and would be recommended if need be.
Very easy to find, friendly staff, excellent breakfast
I encountered staff in reception, the restaurant and a couple of members of the cleaning team. Without fail they were friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast and dinners were well-cooked and of good quality - I was surprised how quiet the dining area was during our stay.
Shower with temp settings and instant hot water
Towels were thin and rough
Very pleasantly surprised all round
Little bit noisy as I was roadside, but still slept well.
