The guest services representative was kind. Assisted us in checking in one hour early. Not very knowledgeble about the area.
Upon check-in the room was very dirty. The bed was caved in, in the middle an incredibly uncomfortable. The dust billed up on the walls and around the window sill made us a little uncomfortable.
Room too hot Room very basic Music (from a wedding) very loud and too late Breakfast food was not kept hot
all very comfortable staff great especially in the restaurent nothing was to much trouble for them
there was a wedding on one of the days of our stay although a notice was put up apologising for any noise it would close a midnight it was distressing hearing fighting going on outside and also children running around playng hide and seek around the restaurant
Modern clean well appointed
Horredndous noise of the air extract system
Staff excellent. Tea.
Bathroom and shower quality's poor, must modernise. Bed is terrible and mattress very poor.
Staff where very friendly and helpful
There was a smell coming from the drains within the bathroom. Made the the whole room smell
Last minute booking with rooms still available. You know what to expect with a Holiday Inn, most of the time, and this hotel is exactly that. A room for the night, clean, reasonably comfortable, reasonably priced, etc. We were attending a wedding so this hotel was ideal.
The TV welcomes you by name and ours had the wrong name. The issue was not that we had someone else's name but who had our name and what were they charging to our room? (fortunately nothing) Not central, need a taxi to get around if you don't want to drive.
easy to find quiet location helpful staff easy to park five minutes from the centre of leamington spa
Restaurant food and staff friendly
Executive room was next to lift shafts! Very noisy. TV's didn't work properly, room poorly appointed for so called "Executive" Whole place appeared a little tired in décor department.
Constant noise from lifts. Hard pillows
everything. The bed was extremely comfortable.
Everything as my survey suggests will be back at the end of the month for more bowls spectating.
Give me an hour and I'll try and think of something? No nothing
Location, Breakfast, Staff at the restaurant
Internet speed, maintenance of fitness equipment, value for feedback.
Staff excellent and went out of their way to help. Room clean and comfortable. Can't fault it.
Nothing, all good
Front desk girl was really helpful and friendly
Hair dryer having to hold a button constantly for hairdryer to work
Clean rooms, good size and very good breakfast.
Went to a wedding near by and just wanted somewhere to sleep nice clean room bar was open till 2:00am so we were able to have night cap before settling down for the night
Not enough staff at busy times.
clean rooms, helpful reception staff
very noisy, despite asking for a quiet room we were put above the entrance so there were cars stopping all night and shouting from people outside and inside the hotel so not much cance to sleep. Bar area understaffed so tables were not cleared
Easy process and convenient
The pillows were very uncomfortable and, although there was a note to say they could be changed, I did not see that until after midnight. There is no substitute for a good night's sleep.
Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
Family rooms are located directly above the smoking shelter, it was after 00:30 before the crowd outside settled down long enough to allow me to get to sleep. Then at 03:00 the 3 people in the room next to us returned from there night out, shouting and banging around. They woke myself and my wife but fortunately not our children, they did however wake another baby on the floor, after I knocked their door and spoke to them they did settle down but it was another hour before the poor family with the baby manged to get settled. Upon arriving for breakfast in the morning none of the staff seemed interested in engaging with us and we were left to find our own table, the breakfast itself was of poor quality and the staff were slow to replenish the buffet. Upon checking out I informed the duty manager, Mel(?), about my dissatisfaction about the location of the room and the problem I had with the other guests. I was offered scant apology and informed that we were in that room as that is the location of the family rooms. To me it seems ridiculous to locate a young family who have spent over 5 hours travelling in a room directly above a busy smoking shelter in a hotel with a bar. I was offered a refund for the £28 I had paid for breakfast but i was told that as i had paid for the room through Booking.com I could not be offered a discount on the room. Overall i was left very disappointed by my lack of sleep and the attitude of the staff towards this.
The reception service was excellent
There was no soap in the room?
The woman on reception was exceptionally helpful.
The location is a little isolated.
Slightly grubby bathroom -just attention to nooks and crannys needed
