Location to center of town friendly staff good room size ironing board and iron in room
Cost of breakfast Had to pay for parking Hard bed shower in bath
all most everything
shower leaking bed to hard plus need softer pillows
great location for Lincons sites and night life , would use again if stopping in Lincoln
09.30 finish for breakfast
Polite and friendly staff Pretty location Clean
1.Inflated room charge for Xmas Market (by £302!) then charged extra for parking too! 2.No drawers in room 3.Shower bit lackluster 4.Busy breakfast sitting Sunday meant waiting 20 mins for table when tables available but not been cleared and was evident the staff were run off their feet as not enough of them to deal with out of diners!
Easy reach of good bars and restaurants. Friendly desk staff.
No drawers for storing clothes - a shelf above the hanging rail was less than ideal unless over 6 ft tall. The bedside lights didn't work.
Everything from location to general stay
Staff helpful and attentive.
Room furnishings a bit tired - chairs not very comfortable and bed hard.
Good location, breakfast good,staff helpful.
SAT Nav location took us & other guests onto deadend waterfront road please update on your information/website.
Despite asking for a view over the river on the last two times we have stayed this request has been ignored and we are IHG members. Very expensive breakfast - less than half the price 50 yards away.
The warmth of the hotel. The position of the hotel on the Waterfront. The staff were helpful, the hotel warm (important) and comfortable. We ate in the dining room one evening and enjoyed the meal with a comprehensive menu. On our wedding anniversary my husband had asked for Bucks Fizz to be served at breakfast which it was and the staff wishes us a Happy Anniversary and added to the day for us. The staff all through the hotel were extremely helpful and pleasant. One staff member informed us of the walk and ride bus up to the cathedral which we were not aware of and which was essential as I had had a knee operation a week before coming to Lincoln.
The only thing we didn't like was that when we ate in the restaurant the first evening there was a lot of noise from downstairs where guests were watching a football match and cheering etc. We know this is a Sports Bar but it detracted from the quiet evening meal we had anticipated after a long journey down and a horrendous (five times round Lincoln) before we found the hotel. I don't know how you can get around this problem but it was not what we expected when dining in the hotel.
Every member of hotel staff I met were friendly and cheerful, makes for a warm welcoming hotel
Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast.
Car park fees, Car park view!! Extortionate activation fee for film on tv!!!
Great location. Excellent facilities. Staff helpful, efficient and friendly.
noisy adjacent room partying at 3 am until 5 am connecting door offers no noise reduction, awake all night
Nice location and staff were very polite and obliging, although I don't like being called 'darling' by young female staff.
Breakfast at 8.00 on the Monday morning was dried up. The bacon and sausages tasted as though they'd been kept warm for hours. Breakfast on the Tuesday was much better. No central heating in room. Only an electric wall heater manually operated.
we had to move room due to drain overflow - second room was very noisy! previous stays have been better
The location was excellent for nightlife and shopping.
Lovely bed, the room was just the right temperature. Breakfast was good and the staff were lovely.
The lighting in the room was very poor.
The staff were courteous, polite and very helpful. Changes that we needed were done quickly and to our satisfaction. Nothing too much trouble. Good location near numerous restaurants.
The bathroom: it smelt awful, had no extractor fan, and the mixer tap in the basin was stiff, exhausted, and leaked out water apart from the spout, and this was an Executive room! Television malfunctioned.
Bed very comfortable. Room was kept very clean. Good spot overlooking the wharf. Staff very friendly, especially reception staff. Great location near to the town centre, shops, steep hill, cathedral etc.
No complaints whatsoever
Comfortable rooms, friendly efficient staff, great location
Great location. Lovely view. Excellent breakfast. Quite quiet, too.
Whilst bed was quite comfortable, I would appreciate the availability of a memory foam topper, or at least a topper.
