room very spacious @lovely breakfast

went for a drink in the sports bar, there were 4 men drinking, they were very drunk & language disgusting, the bar staff never once had a word with them.

The Sports bar lacked ambience. We were in there Saturday afternoon and a group of young lads, (clearly drunk) were swearing at the tops of their voices. The bar manager continued to serve them!

Excellent bed size Receptionist on Friday evening was extremely helpful

bathroom smelt a little damp...perhaps the vent was not operating as efficiently as it should?

Room was good Size, Shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast had good assortment.

Felt it was slightly expensive for an overnight stay but if you want views of the Marina its understandable. Bathroom style with moulded cabinets felt a bit dated, but this was minor.

it was very nice comfy and we had 2 double beds for myself and my son which was more comfortable than the usual twin rooms breakfast was good lots of choice

the member of staff who was out of order making a new member of staff very uncomfortable in front of us at check in for making a simple mistake it made us feel embarressed for the poor chap it should have been said in the office if my son had been spoken to like that at work I would have been upset theres a way to talk to people she obviously shoudnt be in the hospitality trade normally your staff are exellent

The room was wonderful- so much space compared to other places and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were very helpful and keen to help.

the location was very good, close to centre shopping. the room was very comfortable and quiet, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

there were no set of drawers in the room, only hanging facility for clothes, would have liked a small set of drawers for small items of clothing such as underwear .

Monika was very helpful, true professional. would definitely come again. The room was absolutely beautiful, cosy.

Everything. The hotel. All the staff. Breakfast very enjoyable. Ideally situated. Clean and comfortable.

Rooms were a lot better than I had expected. Very clean and modern. Location was brilliant!

No visible flush button for toilet and TV wasn't easy to turn off!

Hotel very central.It was clean and staff very friendly. Lincoln was a mixture of old and new.Lots of places to visit. Good variety of restaurants and tea rooms.

Museums and tour buses closed quite early.

Difficult to find, no clear directions on the web, looking at the maps on the internet you try to get to it and come to a dead end, access is by what appears to be a pedestrian area.

Stunning views of river Brayford and to the rear of Cathedral and castle. Very close to all amenities and easy to find.Staff were very friendly and welcoming

First impressions from reception area are detrimental - in side hotel is much better than this impression belies. Constantly leaking tap over bath - bit off putting as toilet flush located in this part of the wall and unsure if would be bathing in cistern water!
