The rooms are comfortable.

The bathrooms are very tired, the fitness room is too small to be useful and the ambience in the restaurant is sadly lacking.

Great location for us to visit family. Pleasant building from the outside. After moving rooms on the second night a much nicer place to be. Comfortable bed with good pillows. Spacious bathroom with shower over bath that worked well. Most staff here very good. Plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast.

Argumentative morning receptionist concerning a fire door that banged shut half the night. Bed against the wall in our first room with only one light and one bedside table. Broken security lock on door and broken toilet roll holder in both rooms.

C onvenient to Milton Keynes but also to family in Olney Bucks. Took King Room option but other rooms are a bit small. Room was pleasantly warm on a cold day,

Bulky big tv with very few stations

The hotel was well placed for our purposes with excellent access to the m1, London and the various attractions around Bedford. The room we had (54) was supplied with all the things that you would expect, fridge, tv, trouser press (does anybody use those?), two Bibles and even a cheesey porn channel!

The main problem was a lack of a lift. We were on the top floor and carrying bags up 4 flights is not fun! The hotel takes functions which then requires guests to take food in their rooms as the restaurant is otherwise occupied! We took an 'Executive' room which was promised as being 'large' which it was not and several of the fixtures and fittings were broken with doors missing or hinges broken.

Quiet. Good bedsand pillows. Convenient for the m1.

Relaxed easy going

The fitness room the staff were very helpful and accommodating the price

pleasant and proffesional staff . beautiful setting. the chef had handed over to two comis, he came and found us after to make sure we were happy with our meal, very nice touch . we were picking our daughter up from grendal halll summer school and stayed with you overnight to break up our journey . one of our better ideas that we will do from now on .

if i had to moan it would be that that there wasnt anywhere to walk , we started out and found the road didnt realy have a fooot path , so we turned back .

The hair dryer did not work in the room I was allocated room 22

Walls very thin, could hear others clearly Housekeeper knocked twice in the morning , made me feel I had to rush so she could get in and clean

Good location for our trip to Woburn Abbey and Milton Keynes shopping Good standard room and facilities - fair price.

We had asked for twin beds but found double on arival. This was soon changed by very efficient housekeeping staff on request.

Hotel needs to be refurbished.

I loved the look of the outside, it was kept very clean and tidy, also the location was perfect as it was not too far from Miton Keynes and only a 3 minute drive from Newport Pagnell which was a lovely village town.
