    The staff was very good couldn't ask for anything more, Easy to find, Food was good, Thank you

    Room's could have been cleaner as a lot of dust, Bath hand rail in wrong place as not enough room to shower for the bigger person to prevent Accindent's as in my case Thank you

    Location Quality of food from room service. Good sized T.V.

    Room had not been hoovered. Bathroom smelt of urine. Mattress was heavily stained

    staff very accommodating to put us in a quiet part of the hotel they phoned us the morning of our stay to advise there was a wedding

    sunday morning long queue for breakfast (due to wedding party evening before) expensive wifi

    Very comfortable bed.

    The staff was very welcoming and friendly the room was clean and inviting

    The only problem I had was the shower and bath tap which came thro both parts when trying to run the bath even after changing the direction of water flow

    The hotel was clean and well presented.

    Room seemed to be near a piece of buzzing equipment, resulting in the room being less quite than it could have been. Car park was a little poorly laid out

    Food and service was good. Overall the hotel had what could be expected except preparation for hot summers.

    Room had no fridge and the fan was very inadequate. Our room was on the top floor and it was like sleeping in a sauna. During the day the room cooked. We slept with no blankets and just our underclothes. After complaining to reception they provided us with a tiny table fan. We tried opening the windows for a bit but being very near the river we had around 200 mosquitoes come through the window in minutes and then spent 30 minutes trying to SWOT them. We closed the window sweated all night and got bitten my mosquitoes. In the morning I went out and bought a stand up fan from Cosco and bought mosquito creams and prickly hear creams as one if my children got a heat rash. 1 more night if the same and I checked out of my hotel 6 days early because it was too stifling. In cooler months the rooms would be fine but in hot summers woefully uncomfortable. We moved into the Hilton and for 10 pounds more it was like going from 1 star to 5 stars.

    We travelled as a group of 4 for an event at Silverstone. The room was clean and spacious (with a choice of pillows)staff very friendly breakfast was good . All in all a very pleasant stay would reccomend and stay again

    Bar prices rather steep.

    Room was very good,bed comfortable, bathroom spacious, food good.

    Food was expensive, captive audience tax seemed to be applicable. Limited drink options at bar.

    Friendly reception staff.

    Some of bar staff require customer service training. A friendly smile goes a long way after a long day. Bathrooms could do with bit of updating..

    Friendly Staff especially in the Restaurant.

    Air Conditioning Not Good Enough and Very Noisy. (It wasn't exceptionally hot during our stay) Minor irritating defects in Bathroom: Bath Plug Mechanism broken, Basin Plug Lever handle broken and Toilet Handle loose - all minor things which could have been remedied a long time ago. Maybe a general refurbishment is in the pipeline?

    We are a couple, and I booked two rooms for ourselves and another couple, all I can say is that the beds were comfortable - nothing else.

    The reception seemed to be permanently unattended, even when we booked in and checked out - couldn't book a wakeup call either, because no- one answered the phone. NO free wi-fi - and ridiculously expensive if you wanted to use it - this hotel should be brought kicking and screaming into the 21st Century, as most other hotels I attend, lay it on - as part of the service.

    The location was good also the staff very helpful and courteous and the room very clean

    The bed was old and hard also very lumpy so I didn't sleep well also the food was very expensive, I bought a sandwich it was ham on brown bread with a small side of coleslaw which was warm and the sandwich was cut in half very unprofessional ... And it cost £6 wouldn't do that again ,,,,,,

    Air conditioning

    Check in- didnt swipe credit card, gave misinformation about arrival of family members,didnt check if I wanted a newspaper which I did, didnt validate key for room so I went upstairs late at night and had to come back to reception

    Restaurant Chef specialises in Indian food and runs a separate Indian menu. The food was very good quality, if the service staff could match the kitchen staff it would be excellent.

    WiFi did not work in room due to insufficient signal. Restaurant staff both breakfast and evening restaurant are inexperienced. During my evening meals I had to keep getting up from my table to request drinks, cutlery and service. At breakfast the staff did not review the cold buffet items and replenish milk, water etc when needed and left empty reciprocals on display. Evident lack of training, vigilance and work ethic. Works in your favour though as they forget half of what you order so at least you get a discount!

    The rooms were very tidy and very quite. The car park was very secured too. And the staff was very helpful.

    I was a bit disappointed that I went into the bathroom to wash down and there was no soap or shower gel.
