Small-ness of hotel and originality of décor of lobby, rooms, common rooms. Your comfort as a traveler was definitely considered first by the owners and designers of this hotel. nothing!

Everything about the hotel. Staff are delightful, service is impeccable, rooms are large, quiet and beautifully appointed. Covent Garden Hotel is superbly located and has wonderfully decorated, well serviced guest areas, as well an excellent restaurant. Nothing. Hotel is superb in all respects.

Everything! Bed felt like sinking into a marshmallow - so comfy. Drawing room felt like you were staying in a lovely country house - wonderful on a snowy, cold day - hard to leave the roaring log fire! Having to leave!!!

This is a luxury city hotel with a feel of staying in a grand family home. Staff are particulary helpful and friendly and make you feel very welcome from the minute you arrive. The room was beautifully styled and the bed so comfortable - we will certainly consider staying here again on our next trip.

Beautiful hotel, room was wonderfully decorated & very quiet despite overlooking Monmouth Street. The staff were fantastic, they couldn't have been more helpful. A truly wonderful hotel.
