Ao chegar ficamos um bom tempo aguardando a pessoa com as chaves, no frio. O tel só caia na caixa postal. Ao chegar no apto, tudo muito sujo, tinha até peixe no freezer, a pessoa lavou os componentes da geladeira mas o cheiro continuava. Tudo com muito pó e gordura, impossível de usar o fogão, o microondas, torradeira, fervedor de água, e outros acessórios, azulejos com marcas de mostarda, ketchup, queijo. Mesa com restos de geléia, vidro quebrado na sala. Wc imundo, box todo encardido e vidros também. Luminárias sem lâmpadas, cortinas fora dos trilhos. A toalha de banho era uma lixa. Não fornecem sabonete, nem papel higiênico. Eu higienizei a cozinha e a geladeira, porém não tive coragem de usar ítens como os fornos e eletroportáteis. A pessoa pediu o valor das diárias em dinheiro, no valor total, assim que entramos e nos deu o "recibo", dois dias depois, também ficou de trazer uma faxineira, não trouxe e nem deu uma satisfação. Ainda na entrada tem uma placa, dizendo para não entrar com os sapatos ... com a frase "Sua casa fora de casa em Coventry", desculpem, minha casa é limpa. Um lugar simples é uma situação, sujo é outra. Me senti mal por estar de férias e ter que limpar uma geladeira para poder usá-la. Ainda comprei esponjas, panos de prato descartáveis e um spray para eliminar bactérias. Duas frigideiras na ikea para preparar algo, a proposta de quem se hospeda num flat geralmente é a de poder fazer sua própria refeição. E 280 libras por quatro dias não é tão barato assim. Se for se hospedar vá consciente do que irá ver.

Location was very handy and is central to most things and the rooms had good heating along with fast internet speed.

The state of the apartments is very poor with many things wrong which I will list, carpets are dirty and stained, 8 light fittings in the apartment did not work, 2 blinds were broken, oven was dirty with dirty dishes, seating for 3 in lounge and 4 at dining table (not enough for 6 people) 2 of the double beds were broken although 1 was replaced after 5 days. Other issues included being served legal papers under our door as there is an ongoing legal dispute. The property manager assured us that all apartments received one but we were worried from that point on if we would have a roof over our heads which was very concerning. The owners definitely need to spend some money on the apartments as they look a lot older than 8 years old as claimed!!!!! Anyone that is considering booking these apartments should not expect a lot and we won't be racing back there to stay. Overall we were very disappointed with our choice at these apartments.

Nothing

Everything! The place was a dump. Unclean, smelly, chipped unwashed dishes, dirty linen and generally disgusting place from top to bottom. The telephone number we where given was incorrect and then on top on everything else we where then informed that this apartment was only available for one night we had to move to a different apartment the next day. Needless to say we didn't stay here and are going to ask for our money back!

It was warm

The bedding was not suitable - exposed foam mattress/no mattress cover thin undersheet - the flat was dirty the corridors filthy.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the apartment was very central.

The manager was very pleasant.

The carpets were so dirty that we would not put our baby (on a playmat) on the floor. We were not prepared use the bath/shower either due to its unclean state. The general state was old and dirty. We checked out 2 days early and as we left there were 5 police cars including police dogs raiding the neighbours.

The management were exremely supportive any issues we had they sorted them out immedietly.it was a nice family apartment with nice decor.excellent location and famtastic range of restaurants on site.

A little noisy at night but that was understandable due to christmas and new year.

When was the time to check in we were contacted by the agent ,he was very helpful in giving us all the details we need to find the location ,as time as we went in a fresh smell came from the flat,everything clean,all the facilities ,hot water,Internet,tv,shower,bath ! Perfect conditions,perfect location ,perfect price!! Very satisfied!

Martin was helpful and made the check in very easy. Parking was very good. The location was perfect to explore the city centre and a good base to use for Birmingham NEC. Coventry transport museum was a two minute walk away, free entry, a good place to visit for all age groups. We will try to book this accommodation again for our next visit to the NEC.

If I had to be pick something that could be improved, it would be the cleaning standard was a bit average in some areas. A little bit unloved, but not too far away from being a very good property to let. Could also be improved with a DVD player for the kids on an evening. Overall enjoyed our stay thank you.

Perfectly placed in central Coventry makes these appartments great for those not wanting to hire cars etc. Martin our landlord went out of his way to make us comfortable, moving us to a different appartment when the first was not suitable.

The common areas of the block were a bit grim in places and although only around 9 years old at the time of writing the appartments are begining to show their age.

A well-located apartment to use for a trip to Coventry. It's in the central city, very near food, shopping, and the Cathedral. Free and secure garage parking. Comes with a kitchen, living room (with nice widescreen tv) and two bedrooms, each with a double bed; if you're used to larger mattresses it's a little tight, but you can also use the couch. Martin Rush, the manager, is committed to fixing any problems. Also, having the washing machine/dryer was a bonus. Not luxurious, but very comfortable, with good space, in safe building, at a very reasonable price.

Steyed with a group of families with some young children in a couple of larger apartments. Excellent location opposite the transport museum with cafes/sainsburys/nandos etc right outside. Nice and quiet at night for a city centre. Apartment well furnished with all essentials for our stay included. Would stay here again.

No reception in the apartments so had to call the owner when arriving/leaving - but he arrived on time as arranged so wasn't a big issue.

Rather more than a hotel room. I had all conveniances at easy reach.

J'ai aimé l'appartement qui est bien agencé. Les chambres étaient agréables et spacieuses et propre. Sa situation géographique au coeur de la ville, à 3 minutes de la cathédrale où nous devions nous rendre. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir pu récupérer l'appartement le matin et non en début d’après midi comme la plus part des hôtels. Le loueur est arrangeant car nous avons pu réglé les formalités la veille ce qui nous a permis de partir de bonheur le lendemain matin .

Le lit de ma chambre était penché, il y avait des cales qui le soutenait. Les salles de bain n’étaient pas de toute fraîcheur mais elles étaient propres. La douche n'était pas pratique on ne pouvait échapper au fait d'avoir la tête trempée . Ce que je n'ai surtout pas apprécié c'est qu'on a eu une visite de l'appartement pendant notre séjour.(le loueur et une famille avec deux enfants) Malgré le fait qu'on lui ai dit de repasser. Il a insisté. Nous étions la heureusement mais le doute reste quand au fait que la visite aurait pu avoir lieu en notre absence avec toutes nos affaires dedans. le loueur nous a précisé qu'il ne se serait pas permis d'entrer en notre absence..Je ne sais que penser ?

The apartment is spacious with good location downtown Coventry. 室内宽敞，在市中心。

There is no internet access though it is committed for provision in the Hotel Introduction, the owner came trying to connect, but ended in failure which totally disrupted my online business contact with my staff in Sudan. Besides, the owner (who claimed his name is Martin) failed to show us the access to and how to access to the building as it is a twin with at least 4 accesses but to two similar buildings so that we got lost the same day arrived.To make things worse, the owner could not be reached in the evening since 20:00pm leaving us totally exposed to frustation. 没有像介绍的那样有网络，房东来过但问题终未解决，完全中断我在网上与苏丹员工的工作沟通联系。还有这个自- 称为马丁的房东在我们入住时没有及时给我们介绍他们的公寓间位于2幢姊妹楼的哪一幢，共有至少4个入口，从- 哪个入口进，包括磁卡刷磁都没有交代，更不用说在哪儿刷了，更糟糕的是在迷路后打房东电话，结果要么打不通- 要么没人接，第2天得知晚上8点后不接电话，让我们很纠结。

The location is alright.the car is ok but too expensive.

I discovered no 24 hour hot water.we didn't had a shower on sat.b/4 attending my sis wedding.the kitchen is not fully equiped as discribed,no microwave on arrival but later provide one in d evening.no blender and the fridge is not working properly.d milk and yougort bought on Friday evening got spoilt before Sunday evening.no glass cups in kitchen cupboard.few breakfast bowl.....

I would have liked a chain on the door for added security as staying alone

一般のフラットの一室なので、長期滞在する方にはお勧め。 居住者専用駐車場があるため、車は安心して駐車出来る。

洗濯乾燥機が無かった。 DVDプレーヤー有と案内されていたが無かった(要求して入れてくれた)。

Central Location

Lounge stank of smoke - despite the no smoking sign. Shower was broken. I didnt cook but the amount of crockery seemed insufficient for a two double bed apartment The communal areas where tatty The lift was partly broken and didnt go to the garage level

location and balconies

past it's best, needs a good deep clean in bathroom areas. ceiling fan was broken and made a frightening din. furniture was not comfortable eg settees, glass coffee table too large we both got caught on its edges. bed far too low, just one pillow each. smallish towel each no hand towels. so called toiletries were really cheap. Fur coat and no knickers springs to mind.
