Excellent staff service Good accomodation

I tried to organise horse riding session. I spoke with 3 different staff from customer service. Was promised that stables would contact me. This did not happen. I do not expect this level of poor communication from this type of 5 star establishment. I highlighted this fact to customer services on arrival who agreed to look into my complaint. On departure an apology was received about the poor communication and breakfast costs removed from final bill. It was disappointing as I wanted to arrange horse riding as part of birthday present for my husband.

Pretty much everything. The place is very welcoming with excellent service from the staff. The room was airy and light, modern but in an old setting. The facilities were excellent and the food and wine in the Coworth Park Restaurant were just sublime.

The breakfast was spoilt by a waiter that didnt seem to care (much too slow service) This was much improved when a second waiter arrived. And if I was being very picky. The rooms that we were staying in were slightly too far away from the main house to be comfortable in the weather we had. If it was warm it would have been ideal.

We stayed for 2 nights the facilities were of the highest order and the staff of the highest standard. Had a fantastic stay . Special mention to Ryan for all his enthusiasm and assistance. Congratulations Coworth Park.

I took my husband to coworth park for his birthday. We absolutely loved it! We stayed at the stables and our room was so comfortable and luxurious. From the moment we arrived we felt so spoilt starting with the complimentary cake we receieved in our room, the big copper bath to the treatments we had at the spa. I had the hot and cold stone massage and it was fantastic! We had dinner at the barn and the food was very good. The next day we had breakfast and again the food and the service was impeccable. And we had a long brisk walk around the estate which was so beautiful and refreshing you could see some pretty relaxing horses. Throughout the staff were so amazing and welcoming. I would definitely want to go there again.

Not really anything major, maybe I would have liked the water temperature of the pool at the spa to be warmer and if the spa could have more facilities like jaccuzis or hot tubs

As ever the Staff were fantastic and paid great attention to every detail. We had our wedding reception at the Hotel last year and were back to celebrate our anniversary. The service was excellent and extremely personal. Its a perfect oasis just outside London.

There was nothing to dislike apart from teth fact we had to come home!

The simple luxury of the Dorchester Coworth Park was beyond our expectations. We were there for a wedding which was wonderful. We stayed in the luxury of The Barn area and bathed in a huge copper bathtub. The breakfasts were delicious and the food at the restaurants were the best. Tea in the Conservatory was relaxing and the gardens full of wild flowers were breathtaking. We will certainly stay there again whenever we are in London.

Extremely welcoming and freindly staff. Found the atmosphere and general feel of the hotel luxurious yet comfortable. Would recommend to couples of all ages.

Beautiful location, very smart hotel.

Nice place - a bit 'new' - so lacks a bit of soul. Lovely setting. Nice spa (noisy kids in the pool aside) with excellent treatments. Room was nice, but would have been better to stay in the main house. Free bike hire, which is great as Virginia Water (some big lakes) are across the road and well worth cycling around. Attentive service, lovely grounds.

Rooms in the stables are slightly reminiscent of an 'executive home'... And it's annoying you can't open the windows wider than and inch or two, as it was quite hot. Nice though, overall. Lovely setting. Check your bill carefully - we had a mistake on ours which had to be rectified. They were very good about it, and showed willing by knocking off a bar bill by way of recompense.

Can not praise this hotel enough. Probably the best service we have ever experienced. A first class hotel. Wonderful setting and we didn't want to leave. Will definitely go back!

Everywhere was so relaxing. The staff could not be more helpful. The food excellent wish the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed the wonderful patios and views. Will return when we have saved up again! You got what you paid for.

Although our room was a little house, and beautiful a little small, no real sitting out area.

Everything! The room was beautifully designed and decorated, the whole hotel/grounds were stunning, and the staff could not do enough for us. We ate in The Barn and had some fabulous food and cocktails (I recommend the Raspberry Balsamic Caiporoskas!). The spa is lovely, especially the pool area and I had one of the best massage treatments I've ever had. We hired bikes on our second day there and cycled round Windsor Park, the doormen couldn't have been more helpful in making sure the bikes were suitable and ready for us. We really didn't want to leave.

We went to Coworth Park for our honeymoon and had an amazing time! The level of service is comparable to very few places. The amenities in the room, setting, food, wine and design were all incredible. We will definitely return.

I'd be nit picking if I mentioned anything as it was such a fabulous place where the staff make you feel so looked after. Expect a big bill though!

Everthing. Service was outstanding as well as the food. We had such a great time and we will certainly be going back.

Absolutely everything! This is a truly luxurious hotel. We stayed there for our wedding anniversary so it was a real treat. The staff made us feel as though we were the most important people there. I cannot fault anything, except I wish we could have stayed longer.

-Property is nicely located (near Ascot, Windsor, Wentworth, Sunningdale, etc) and presented with high quaility -staff members are very friendly -Good choices of restaurants
