Location close to outskirts of Dover. Ideal for early ferry. View over the valley. Excellent breakfast in choice and quality. Host very amiable and helpful. Railway Bell pub/restaurant excellent and 5 minute walk away. Highly recommended.

Parking a bit difficult but OK. Definitely need softer & bigger bath towels.

Very helpful owner, nice clean room, take away breakfast as I was leaving at stupid o'clock. Nearby pub with good food. I would absolutely book a room there again!! (Because I didn't read the description properly I missed the bit that my single room didn't have an en suite but sole use of a bathroom and toilet)

Excellent and welcoming host Excellent breakfast, cooked to order Convenient location for port

The double bed was a disappointment - it looked beautiful but was too soft for us. The soft edge made it rather easy to roll off inadvertently!

Typical English b&b. The owner is a real gentleman for his kind manners and service. Excellent breakfast. Very nice room and spacious bathroom with elegant Tiffany glass windows.

    No credit cards.

The host Gary, he's a gem! The spacious room. The excellent breakfast. The quiet atmosphere of the accomodation!

That we only booked one night, it's a great location to stay for a few days and discover this part of Kent.

This B&B is run by a very lovely guy who seems to be sincerely interested in the well-being of his guests. It´s located pretty close to the ferry terminals - you can get there in 5 minutes (by car). There is plenty of parking spaces in front of the B&B. Due to my early departure I didn´t have a chance to try the breakfast, but I got from the owner a bag with a packed breakfast (which is not very usual for the majority of the B&Bs).

Be prepared that there is a really heavy traffic outside the house. That can be quit a problem for somebody who is used to sleep with the window open.
