Very nicely decorated house, not too overdone, modern classic...Very nice breakfast, although served in another house. When we arrived in the afternoon, there was nobody there, a note with phone nr, with no answer for 2 hours.. when we finally reached the owner it all settled nicely. |

Very nice room with great value for money, in a quiet environment and very near the seaside. Excellent braekfast, well cooked. Also very convenient with regard to Prestwick Airport. |

The hotel was clean warm and friendly.The breakfast had a hugh menu well cooked ,well presented and plenty of it.The staff were very friendly but not overwhelming.Lots of "extras" in the bedrooms.Definately will go back. |

Welcoming and friendly people. Room and bathroom were clean and well presented. Breakfast - good choice and plenty of it. Food delicious. Owner helpful - gave local information that proved useful. Would return! |

The Craggallan was full and we were put in her sister-hotel which was two doors away, called 'Bythesea'. The guest-house, room and food were all excellent and the staff very friendly. |

Fint og komfortabelt rom. Lite og intimt. God frokost. Hyggelig personell Hørte av noen andre at de ikke hadde fått frokostlapp til utfylling, bør leveres til alle. Bør også bli orientert om, når man kommer, at ytterdøra er låst om man går ut, og det ikke alltid er noen der. Jeg lot en av barna (17 år) være igjen på rommet og lot henne ha nøkkelen. Kom ikke inn da jeg kom tilbake. Flaks gjorde at en av personellet ikke hadde gått hjem ennå, så hun slapp oss inn. Hadde jeg kommet senere og ikke hatt med tlf, hadde vi blitt stående ute. Bedre info ved ankomst bør sterkt vurderes. |
