Good stay, very much appreciated the way you went beyond the call of duty by providing us with breakfast on the days when we had to catch an early train to Glasgow. We hadn't expected this and it was very kind.

We were looked after very well, the room was pleasant and the breakfast excellent. We were attending the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow and needed to leave early for the train. We didn't expect any breakfast but were provided with lots of lovely fruit, yoghurt, pain de chocolat and scones to take with us. The atmosphere is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble to make the stay enjoyable.

Nothing - we were concerned about sharing a bathroom but this wasn't a problem as it was only us and another room sharing. Road parking also not a problem as a permit is provided.

Very clean, bed linen was spotless. Magdalena was very helpful and the food was lovely.

Guest house not really suitable with someone with mobility needs. Not much space in the bathroom where the toilet is but the shower was great

Good location for walking to either the beach or the town centre. Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Great breakfast, and jewel in the crown was the lovely Magdelena, who cooked the breakfast and generally made us very welcome.

    Nothing to not like.

The young woman who let us in and made breakfast was pleasant and professional.room was comfortable and clean.

We arrived at 7pm on Sat to be told that we had to have breakfast at 8.30 am precisely (on a Sunday) as all the later slots were taken. Managed to change this to 9am..manageress was both cook and server, and thus overstretched,so not her fault. breakfast was mediocre, coffee instant. Wld not stay again.

Lady in charge was very helpful and friendly and looked after us very well

Parking seems to be a bit tight at times did not always get parked near the house. No problem walking but if you forgot something in your car it was a bit of a nuisance to have to go back.

The service was excellent and the breakfast delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for Magda and she made us feel very welcome. Room was clean with small TV and coffee/tea making facilities.

It was quite a small double room, ok for a short stay but we wouldn't have had wardrobe/drawer space for a longer stay. Not all rooms have sea view and ours looked onto the road - which was good as we could keep an eye on our car because the 'private parking' mentioned is by permit on the road outside.

The Property Manager was extremely efficient and helpful. Very hard working and we were surprised she was the only one there. The phone was ringing, people buzzing but she had a smile for everyone and continued to cook breakfast for a full house.

    WI-FI kept dropping out.
