we have stayed before and will say again very good value for money.
Everything about this hotel and our stay suited us down to the ground. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Breakfast was excellent. A real show stopper.
The only negative with our stay was the uncomfortable bed.
The lounge was very comfortable just what we wanted so we could relax and watch the world go by or we could go into the bar area for entertainment best of both worlds. Excellent cleanliness and friendliness. We would recommend this hotel and would love to return in the near future.
We would of preferred more convenient meal times felt a bit rushed as cups were being removed before we had finished breakfast and drinks.
hotel was spotless.our room was too.staff wer all very friendly and helpful.breakfast was loverly and dining area well set out.location couldn't be any better.we loved are stay at this hotel.and will be are number 1 place to stay in the future.
bed was so comfortable, room warm and clean ,breakfast fantastic couldnt fault it at all
nothing to dislike about the hotel or the staff
The location was excellent. Breakfast had plenty of choice. There was a lift.
The sink was in the bedroom and not in the bathroom, therefore not very private! On arrival we were kept waiting and then when the receptionist arrived he couldn't speak as he had lost his voice. Not good for someone greeting customers. When we left we asked could we leave our suitcase and we could but not anywhere secure. We just left it in the bar! We also noticed that they had laid the tables up when we left the dining room after breakfast. BUT they were supposed to be closed until next Friday?
friendly helpful staff, great breakfast, great shower and warm cosy room
Friday night entertainment didn't start until 22.00 and ended at 22.45 not long enough. Not enough plug sockets in the room for a family
Friendly atmosphere &staff
Absolutely everything , I can not fault this Hotel . We visit Blackpool every year and this is the best most spacious, comfortable and friendly hotel we have stayed in. Will most sertinly be booking for next year .
Arrived at Craig-y-don and easy check in. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and tasty. Staff were very welcoming.
Ideal location for all of Blackpool amenities
Good food, friendly staff, good entertainment and comfort to enjoy a quiet drink
Loved breakfast was self service and the bar was open till late
Location excellent staff very friendly lovely and clean entertainment in hotel every night.
Bathroom maybe a little small in some of the rooms
We found the friendly welcome and large room a nice surprise. We did'nt have time to book an evening meal as the hotel needs to get all the bookings in early,we had one on our second evening and it was good, so was breakfast. You are not far from the Tower and both North and central piers. There was entertainment on both evenings we were there.
The heating in public areas was way too hot for us and even the very old folks had fans out to cool down, in November!
I like everything about this hotel breakfast was excellent with plenty of it .cosy rooms and comfy beds all in all the hotel is excellent value for money no problem what so ever you would have to be really fussy to find anything wrong with it I can't wait to go back next year.
Going home 2days wasn't long enough could have stayed here at lot longer as it was like home from home.
Room was at back n a bit dark and I like a bigger bed but that's only my personal preference
Lovely hotel will definitely visit again when next in blackpool
we really enjoyed our stay ,the rooms were clean and spacious. the breakfast were lovely and were told the evening meals were also, would defo stay again
Could feel springs in your back, quite thin matress
Friendly staff, enjoyed breakfast eggs the way I like them bonus for me
just wish I'd understood about car parking around back , did not find out that I should have moved bollards to get in .. Parked near funny girls can get a pass for week for £16 I did not know I was staying an extra day so I paid £21 parking £7 day so if you do stay make sure you ask about the parking I was told about parking around the back I miss understood make sue you don't and you will enjoy your stay that was my only gripe..I stayed an extra day as I was a little unwell to drive
The friendly greeting from the reception staff on arrival & departure. The hotel had a welcoming family feel to it. The breakfast on both days of our stay was lovely and plentiful with a selection of cereals, yogurts, fruit, full cooked breakfast, toast, tea/coffee & juices all buffet style. On our 2nd night we opted for the evening meal at £10 for 3 courses. The meal was absolutely delicious and more than worth the £10. Entertainment the first evening was ok with a selection of singers (some better than others) however the male artist on the 2nd night was super and did a great Neil Diamond/Robbie Williams tribute act. Overall a very enjoyable stay & recommended providing you can find somewhere to park :o)
The lack of parking was a real problem for us. There is free parking on the street behind the hotel but this was all taken. After driving around for over 1hr I finally parked on a street which was ½hr walk from the hotel as the car parks were also full due to the illuminations and school holidays.
Location and sea view
Location very central Breakfast v.good
Parking non existant, took over an hour to find somewhere to park
Food - first class
That they don't serve a decent pint of bitter.
