Situated in a great location with easy walking distance to Blackpool Tower. There is also a tram stop just across the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast so you could pick and choose what to eat.

Steps .we found the steps difficult for our relatives who were elderly.

The family roo we stayed in was big enough for us as a family of four, the breakfast in the morning was really nice 2.

The only downside to hotel I would say was their was no younger couples or families like us they were all old people which I have no problems with but no a family place for children really, also staff could of been a bit more helpful with directions to room on arrival.

good location on seafront. staff were excellent. entertainment was very good in the evenings. very good buffet breakfasts. reasonably priced and would certainly return on future trips.
