Exellent food--i am vegan and i was catered for . Staff were friendly and polite. We were most welcomed and spent a lovely few days.

It was a lovely place and people were great. Built me fire every evening in Lounge. Wonder view. I was alone but they made me feel very welcome.

We went at a very quiet time of year and were the only people there. We felt very special and had just enough attention from the staff to make us feel looked after. The room was lovely and had a gorgeous view. The shower was brilliant! The food there was perfect and very good value for the quality we received. The drawing room with an open fire and chess set was a highlight.

Very friendly and good service, excellent food, pet friendly. In beautiful relaxed setting, superb views over Loch Ness.

Awsome place of peace. If you like nature and animals it's the place. In addition you can have dinner if you announce it the morning and the meal is excellent for the price. The staff is excellent and lovely. We will come back and not only for the delicious desert.

The food was excellent and the comfort of the lounge was first class.

If I'm to be critical, I think the outside was a bit scruffy and could have done with a coat of paint.

We were looking for somewhere with a view of Loch Ness, and we got it ! The house is wonderful with period features, but modern amenities, and the meals were fantastic !

Food excellent and attention to detail fantastic

Lovely staff and location make this hotel an excellent place to stay. The food is superb and the view of the Loch was perfect. Only slight niggle was the bed - it was very small and the mattress a little lumpy. Other than this we had a wonderful time.

Je regrette qu'il n'y ait qu'un menu imposé pour le dinner.

L'accueil chaleureux et gentil -rien a voir avec l'accueil impersonnel d'un hotel-, la merveilleuse vue sur le loch, le calme , la qualité du restaurant gastronomique,le sentier de randonnee vers les chutes qui longe l'hotel.

Erg nette, geordende en schone kamer. Prachtig uitzicht op Loch Ness. Mooi hotel, leuke atmosfeer. Rustige omgeving

Ontbijt is een uurtje, dus zorg dat je op tijd bent. Ontbijt bestaat voornamelijk uit een vol Schots ontbijt beans, black pudding etc (dat wordt geserveerd). Hier moet je echt van houden. Hou je hier niet van of iig niet 's ochtends, dan blijft er toast met jam of ei over en yoghurt met cornflakes/cruesli. Verwacht geen verse broodjes of een uitgebreid buffet.
