This was convenient for works night out. The staff were excellent and very diplomatic. Breakfast was great and everyone was very helpful. Not sure about heating arrangements as I could find no thermostat in room . |

Comfortable, meal was good, reasonably priced. Breakfast obviously had been prepared and sitting for some considerable time. The cooked breakfast especially bacon was almost inedible which was a disappointment when every other aspect of the hotel had been good. |

Friendliness/helpfulness of staff, standard of bar/retaurant areas, quality of food, ideal location for my purposes, the feeling of staying in a quality hotel for very little more than my usual budget hotels. |

The meal was very very good and also the service but the staff could have been a bit cheerier it was a Christmas Function after all. When we entered the room there was hair on the dressing table and in the bathroom sink, off putting straight away. |

Comfortable and friendly hotel with good leisure facilities. Decent food at reasonable prices, available at times to suit most people. All in all very good value for money at the price available at time of booking. |

Staff friendliness. Temperature in room way,way too hot.Had to sleep with window wide open with rain and gales outside!There was a fan in the room but I object to the wastefulness of this.We could not use the pool as again it was too hot in the pool room even to go in to get changed.The pool w as empty the whole time.Maybe this is why |

The Staff were excellent,girl at reception with long black hair was Brilliant. Breakfast was excellent. Pool,sauna and wifi all working. Will stay here again. If anything we had a twin room and my son had a double which was Far Superior. |

It was in a quiet area of Inverness. The breakfast was excellent - we did not eat any other meals in the hotel. The room was rather small - and the shower was pathetic! |
