Great staff and loved that the windows open wide! Lovely big room and bed.

All staff were courteous, extremely helpful and friendly
The treadmill in the gym was out of order and apart from that item of equipment there was nothing else but weights
Prompt and friendly service.
It is a bit of a struggle negotiating the front door with luggage, dog and assorted bits and pieces!

Can,t rate this gem of a place highly enough.Once again a lovely few days at the Craigmonie, very helpful and attentive staff , ample choice for breakfast, and superb evening meal . Swimming pool was lovely and warm, will definately return.
Nothing we didn't like but if we were to be picky rooms were too hot for our liking and pillows were rather flat.
Great private location, away from city centre noise.Very comfortable ,was upgraded to larger room on arrival.Excellent value for money , great buffet breakfast
Nothing springs to mind
Staff great really friendly. Food excellent. New rooms in annex fantastic.
Public rooms looking tired. Hotel in need of refurbishment. Equipment in gym still not repaired.Has been like this for 3months at least.

Friendly staff , comfortable surroundings, fab breakfasts, and the fact we got a lovely room and were not relegated to an inferior room due to having a pet.
Hard to complain about anything but was disappointed there were no adult swimming costumes available to purchase.
Very friendly staff. Breakfast mainly self service but allowed you to go to breakfast up to 10am so great if you are out the night before. Lots of parking.
WIFI didn't work in room, plastic disposable glasses and toilet paper a bit hard.
The whole stay was a great experience, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and well presented. The evening meal was delicious and well presented. The staff were really great, couldn't do enough
I wish we had longer to stay, but work is necessary
Food was excellent.
Room on second floor was very claustrophobic.
I chose this hotel as a solo guest as I had stayed once before. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and I didn't feel out on a limb eating and having a drink at the bar, nor having a swim and a sauna by myself.
What a great place to stay. Food was fantastic, service was amazing, staff were very friendly and great to have a chat with. It's a welcome change for someone like myself to stay in a hotel where people actually look like they enjoy working there. Credit to all concerned. The breakfast was superb and the highlight of the food for me,as I when I'm travelling a lot with work this is often the only meal I have until the evening.
