It has a private space for parking and it's in a quiet area. The hotel needs an improvement. |

Por menu choice, Spa not working, lift not working, lack of attention to simple details, no shampoo in spa changing room ( men ) and Gair dryer in same changing room not working, no vieu from room, poor sound insulation between rooms, excessive noise at 07:45 Sunday morning from ACU vent just outside room window. I would not be recomemending this Hotel |

Room size. Really friendly staff, who were very helpful and talkative. No internet, as it was down during the time that we were there. |

The staff were friendly and it was good to have Wi-Fi included, which worked very well. The coffee and tea in the room was not Fair Trade - why not? There's no excuse nowadays! |

Beautiful room. It is further from the train station than it looks on the map. Good location if you are driving, 15 minute uphill walk from the train station if you're not. Also, the shower door didn't close properly so water went all over the bathroom. |

This hotel was excellent. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The bathroom was fantastic. Very modern with a big bath tub and separate shower. The staff were super friendly too. |

It was clean, comfortable and friendly. reasonable evening menu available and good breakfast. The bedroom walls were paper thin, so we could hear next doors conversation AND the arrival from the bar at 4am of our other neighbours. And there was ahole in the floor at the end of the bed. Shame really. |

The receptionist on duty when we arrived was the most helpful we have encountered in over 40 years of travelling. She could not do enough for us and was extra pleasant. Later we found the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Top marks. |

It is a old famous hotel, but it is new fashion in there. We spent a romantic night. It is fully facilitied of swimming pool, sauna, Scotland dining hall and Bar. All things you could find. By the way, the breakfast are sumptuous. |

This modern, fresh hotel in Inverness city centre is a 10-minute drive from Loch Ness. Rooms are bright, colourful, and have power showers. There is free Wi-Fi in public areas. |
With a superb setting on the banks of the River Ness, right in the heart of the city, the hotel has an ideal location for business and leisure guests. |
Originally a Scottish mansion house, the hotel is set in 4 acres of beautiful gardens and is just one mile from the city centre, with free car parking. |
Completely refurbished, this grand hotel has a great location in the heart of the city, yet on the quiet side of the river, with splendid views of the River Ness and Inverness Castle. |
