Friendliness/helpfulness of staff, standard of bar/retaurant areas, quality of food, ideal location for my purposes, the feeling of staying in a quality hotel for very little more than my usual budget hotels. |

The meal was very very good and also the service but the staff could have been a bit cheerier it was a Christmas Function after all. When we entered the room there was hair on the dressing table and in the bathroom sink, off putting straight away. |

Comfortable and friendly hotel with good leisure facilities. Decent food at reasonable prices, available at times to suit most people. All in all very good value for money at the price available at time of booking. |

Staff friendliness. Temperature in room way,way too hot.Had to sleep with window wide open with rain and gales outside! There was a fan in the room but I object to the wastefulness of this.We could not use the pool as again it was too hot in the pool room even to go in to get changed. The pool w as empty the whole time.Maybe this is why |

Very Comfortable. Breakfast was of excellent quality and choice. Perhaps too warm during the night. I don't think the air conditioning is working properly. |

It was in a quiet area of Inverness. The breakfast was excellent - we did not eat any other meals in the hotel. The room was rather small - and the shower was pathetic! |

We liked the food, atmosphere, location, friendliness and efficiency of the staff, We were made to feel important as guests and as visitors to Inverness Pool was an added bonus! Only drawback seemed to be the sound insulation of the bedrooms. I mentioned it at receptionon on our departure and was told that other guests had remarked on this in the past. Don't know if anything was planned to remedy this. Pretty difficult I would imagine. Didn't really retract from our stay |

I stayed one night at the Craigmonie Hotel with my Family. We really liked that. Staff was so friendly and the room was comfortable. I will always remember the joke when I tried to "complain" about my extra bed. I started to say it was a little bit cold last night (I meant on the bed) and the lovely receptionist said "Oh, yeh, I know it was freezing last night". :)))) I will never forget we were laughing a lot. :) |

This grand hotel has a great location in the heart of Inverness, yet in a quiet area with splendid views of the River Ness and Inverness Castle. |
