Good stay in a very beautiful location, close to the beautiful Blair castle, Queen's View & Loch Tay. slates making a bit of noise due to quite strong winds in one room below the roof.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast choice was really good and accommoadting for a child who is a bit fussy. No heating in room when we woke up and there was no hot water for a bath in the morning.

Staff very helpful, even letting us know exactly where to get onto the path for the Black Spout Walk we went on without our asking. Craigvrack Hotel is recommended. Only one downside - room a bit chilly overnight - our fault for not putting the central heating up, it was winter! Apart from that, excellent

The friendly welcome from the ownwers and their concern for our comfort and enjoyment. They provide a very good choice for breakfast. The hotell did not provide evening meals but we found good food at the Old Mill and the Moulin Inn both about a 5 minute walk away. We used the hotel as a base for visiting the Dougie Maclean Perthshire Amber Music Festival and for touring the area. Wonderful 3 days and nights. We will return next year for the whole 10 days.

The Hotel was very welcoming and very child friendly. Liked that the family room had a separate area for the children. Rooms were clean and absolutely fine, however family room could be done with a little update. Shower in family room wasn't very powerful.

The family room was a great size having a separate room inside for the kids to sleep in next to you. The location was good as in a quite area with lovely views. Clean snd tidy and the breakfast selection catered for everyone and tasted great! A little worn round the edges, but nothing to complain about :)!

It was clean and the food (breakfast) was good - no complaints Being a hotel we were disappointed that they did not serve dinner. Apart from 1 bar staff member and 1 staff at breakfast there was no feeling of a warm welcome. Had to look for staff to pay bill on leaving hotel. States that hotel is in centre of town - I think you could expand on that as it is quite a bit up a hill therefore we couldn't park the car and go down the streets as my husband would not have managed the downward/upward walk (ok on flat).

Location. We were asked that if we wanted a breakfast at 7.00am it would cost an extra £5.00 per person.Yet in the morning were were offered to be made a bacon roll which was a nice gesture. Heating never came on till after 6.00 am so was cold when we got up.Hot water was a problem had to be run for ages.
