The bed and the breakfast
Great breakfast. Large room. Sort of a lived in comfort.
Poor parking. Lot was often full and no good alternative.
Friendly staff. Welcoming hotel. Breakfast has a great choice of buffet and hot food. Have been here before and therefore know we will not be disappointed in our booking.
The staff in the bar at night and at breakfast next morning were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The Family could not have been more helpful, and the whole place was absolutely spotless. I am a fussy eater and the breakfast met my highest expectations

friendlyness, breakfast and location
Breakfast was excellent!
Good comfy rooms, booked family room which was one room with a double bed and a small annex with nice size bath room and a second room with two single beds. Breakfast was home cooked and freshly made.
Nothing to not like, was what we paid for, a nice clean comfy room ideal for the 3 of us.
The room was very comfortable, slept like a log. There was even a settee in the room. The Dining Room is light and airy with nice views. The breakfast was definitely a ten out of ten, much better than the place next door! I will surely stay here again
We were travelling from the south coast of England to our ultimate destination much further north. The hotel had easy access to and from the A9. For a family of three, this hotel was ideally situated for us to stay for one night before continuing our journey. We had a family room, which was clean, very comfortable and quiet. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful and the breakfast we had the following morning was excellent. Plenty of choice and a generous cooked breakfast was offered. Had we had more time we would have liked to have spent longer looking around Pitlochry. It seemed a charming and interesting place to visit.
The proprietor gave us a warm welcome. He was constantly on the go from serving breakfast in the morning to closing of the bar in the evening. He was also on hand at all times to help or answer any questions.
No problems encountered
