The grounds were stunning some of the hotel staff were very helpful indead. The receptionist on booking in/out was very abrupt and she seemed not to have very much time for guests booking in. |

The hotel is an old castle, it is currently undergoing rennovation in places. As a female staying alone, I was concerned that to get to my room I had to go through the car park, and that it was on the ground floor. The very modern shower had no instructions as to how to get it started-the receptionist told me that the instructions keep going missing! |
