Great welcome with coffee & cake. Relaxed atmosphere.
The girls are a double act. They are very friendly and whenever they open the door you just know that you are going to really enjoy your stay. You are made very welcome and nothing is too much bother. Would definitely recommend this place.
Not a thing
Very, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, nice rooms
Very happy that I selected this cottage form others as the helpful of Lindsey and Manda were great.
Friendly atmosphere, excellent breakfast. Nice whisky touch,!
Loved seeing the birds and animals. Packed lunch we ordered was great.
Limited choice for evening meal nearby but the pub meal we had was very good.
Magda and Lindsay were extremely hospitable, very helpful, and they provided everything we needed. The restaurant of the nearby hotel had great food. The spot is very good for daily excursions and near all the main attractions of the highlands.
The room and the bed were smaller than we expected.
Food, room and entertainmeNt from the birds and squirrels at breakfast.
The owners were friendly and very helpful. The room was small but spotless and what we needed for one night. It was nice to see all the birds and the red squirrel in the morning. The three dogs were delightful.
Not really a negative comment. WiFi worked great in the evening but we could not connect in the morning. It was not a fault of the B&B and we really did not need it in the morning.
Stayed with Manda and Lindsey for one night, whilst walking the Great Glen Way. We had a wonderful welcome, room was very comfortable and we had a great breakfast before setting off the next morning. Wildlife in the garden was an added bonus as was the little tipple included with the tea and coffee in the bedroom
Fantastic welcome by Lindsay & Manda, fresh coffee/tea and awesome homemade shortbread and fruit cake on arrival. Rooms were comfortable and clean, with tea, coffee and a wee dram. Excellent selection of breakfast available and they even got up early to feed us for our early departure the next day. Great location with plenty of fascinating wildlife at the door step. They even phoned down to the local restaurant as we had forgotten to book in advance (Glenmoriston Arms Hotel). Thank you for making our last night in Scotland such a lovely one.
There is nothing to dislike about this b&b. The owners,Lindsay and Manda, are a lovely duo who could not do any more to make your stay enjoyable. Beautiful location which even has its own resident red squirrel. Good clean accommodation and hearty breakfast and even a wee dram in the bedroom!!.
Good hostesses and quiet environment.
Lindsay & Manda are the perfect hosts. A great welcome of tea, novices and cake. Amazing wildlife just outside the window. Great advice about the walk which meant we got to walk a fantastic section not officially open yet. If you're doing the Great Glen Way then stay here.
Everything was just perfect ! Hopefully we can return some days
Lovely sisters, lovely dogs lovely place. Lindsay & Manda where so helpful and friendly and made us feel really welcome. This was our first stay at a B&B and didn't really know what to expect, but we loved it :)) Nice rooms, clean room/bathroom, really nice breakfasts and lunshis :)) stayed for a week and it was perfectly located so we could see a lot of castles, nature and have nice dinners out. Got good tipses on where we should go to get the most out of our trip! Next time we will stay for two ;p This trip would not have been the same without Lindsay & Manda and their happy funny dogs <3
The ladies friendliness and watching birds and other wildlife at breakfast
Extremely friendly, welcoming hosts. Relaxed atmosphere. Great garden for watching wildlife.
There was nothing I didn't like.
This is a fantastic B&B. Lindsey and Manda are very good hosts. The rooms are very nice. The location is very nice, just off the Loch Ness at Fort Augustus.
The view from the rooms is quite ordinary, compensated by a great view of the wildlife from the breakfast table
The hosts were very welcoming to this weary traveller. Offering a cup of tea and a chat.
Our stay at Craik Na Dav can only be described as a perfect experience. The location is serene, the staff only too willing to take care of every need, a wonderful breakfast awaits you in the morning. And the welcoming Scotch in the room is a nice touch.
Very warm welcome; lots of wildlife - and information about it; comfort and attention to detail (e.g. small whisky in each room - with very handsome glass); good cooking (superb breakfast kipper); nearness to good evening meal at hotel.
A truly great stay, with two wonderful hostesses, who could not do enough to make your stay memorable. All this in a lovely home.
The sisters who run this make you very welcome & it is a beautiful location
Very friendly and helpful hosts. Cosy and extremely clean rooms. Will definitely stay there again.
