Everything, the room my family and I stayed in was dirty, the towels was dirty, the TV was broken, the carpet was filthy, the room was cold upon entering, the "ensuite" was disgusting/filthy, mouse traps on the floor outside our room. Overall very bad experience
the shower room
wifi did not work i got a room with a double bed and single bed not what i had paid for or asked for Breakfast was not decent neither
Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, clean, warm and comfortable. I have stayed at the Cranbrook twice and my partner has stayed there on numerous occasions and we have both been made very welcome and have never had any problems. I will be staying again soon and I am looking forward to my stay.
room was big bed comfortable breakfast nice staff friendly close to pubs shops etc
miss match cups poor locks on doors fire doors wedged open
Room was spacious
not comfort due to bed bugs, was very hard to pass time there due to bugs....
I liked everything, Lovely, than you
Not enough plug socket and very cold in room
Room was spacious and good .......
Pillow, bed even blanket was in very bad condition.Very difficult to control blanket cover else you need to mix-up yourself with direct blanket which is in use of every guest. There is need of improvement like other restaurant to make it unused for new guest. There was little bit moisture smell from room as well.
Convenience to station and buses and shopping area. A good breakfast
The fire alarm went off in the morning at 6.30 for no apparent reason. Didn't like having to get on my knees to boil the kettle in the room, people arriving or going out in the early hours of the morning. Not a hotel for a short-break holiday
no food, noisy, too many stairs, very expensive for such poor accommodation, paid for 3 nights, left after 2. just awful
Room and bathroom smelt. Hot water took forever to heat up. Shower drain didn't work so it the shower filled up.
Not any I can think of
The room was very cold when we checked in. The heating was not on
GPS sends you up a back lane if you let it!! This needs amending especially when arriving at night. A simple instruction on web site would help
Location was ideal for me
Bathroom smelled really bad as soon as u open the door it hits u and the the whole room smelled I had booked a double room BUT got 2 single beds put together, it defeated the object of my stay Twice the single beds moved when we turned around in bed. All in all very disappointed!!!!!!
I like that they are rooms that made you feel away from it all - private, large double ensuite rooms which was very comfortable. I do enjoy staying at the cranbrook hotel,
Did not like the suction in the shower room. It was if it was blocked. The water was going down, but very, very slow. If that can be sorted the room would be completely perfect.
Their attitude towards us was really unbelievable! The room was smelling awful due to the black mould on the walls and toilet was and REMAINED DIRTY(a big disgusting spot from the previous visitors on the toilet seat)for ALL the 3 days that we stayed in the hotel! They didn't give us another clean room (although they had) and manager never contacted us,as receptionist -who apologised for the bad conditions- promised! He didn't answer either when we sent him a complaint email.
Replacement hotel Park Hotel was good but a little further from town centre.
Park Hotel further than booked hotel from Town centre
I ask the lady about wifi she said the guy who fix is gone so I came to London I need my pc for bisness purpus and wasn't working I was gutted
Room (single) was fairly spacious and clean, attached bathroom was also reasonably spacious and clean, staff was nice enough - everything was fine really, especially considering the price (£39)
Wifi was weak and sometimes didn't even work
The hotel was affordable, with free parking, and could accommodate 4 of us with a bed for each. For 124 pounds on a busy weekend, we had a place to stay, free car park and delicious breakfast and pretty good coffee too! The room was nothing to write home about but it definitely worked for us and the staff was delightful.
Warm welcome, great breakfast.good value for money.
My room was not in the main building.
I paid £ 321 at the Hotel Cranbrook and my card account is still blocat.De what? that's why I was not unlocked card? It was normal immediately after payment made in 14 nov.2014 to unlock my account. Maintaining account Blok is unjustified abuse. Please take precautions to unlock my card account on behalf Petrideanu State Liviu.Am stayed at the hotel nov.2014 14-17. THANK YOU! Astete urgent response. LIVIU PETRIDEANU.
