Everything apart from the staff. the room I stayed in - A15 - was truly appalling. the hotel may well be cheap s you get what you pay for but the level of basic maintenance was outageous. I would NEVER, EVER stay there again.

the 24-hour reception and quick check-in and out. friendly and well trained staff. good location and parking access. very good deal with online booking.

The Breakfast had variety with accommodating staff. But unfortunately, we could try only for a day. Nothing more to comment on this place.

Very cramped hotel or (rather we would say a lodge) and the worst toilets that we could every imagine. Never again at this place. Please do not judge by the pictures.

The staff are very accomodating, we stay here on a reasonably regular basis and they know that we have a preference for a partiular room and they now always try their best to allocate us that room. Most of them are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. Really nice flat screen telly.

The Duvets, instead of having proper duvet covers are sandwiched between two sheets- this is irritating when they come apart and you end up with 'bare' duvet.

Excellent breakfast

I found it as a clean and nice hotel, although it's not equipped in modern furniture. Location not far away from railway station is a great value. You can easily reach the London centre via Stratford or Liverpool Str. Junction. I used hotel's private car parking as well (a safe back courtyard). Grocery stores are on the route to/from railway station. The entire personnel is really friendly. Coffee&tea facilities at the room !!! Speed of free WiFi is acceptable. Breakfast includes a few varieties of meals. Good value for money, if you are interested in doing sightseeing of London with family or alone and don't care about comfort and spa.

I wish I had breakfast's meals made without fat (E.G. chicken made without coating and oil, just boiled). Rye (roggen) bread should also be offered. There was children's noise from upper floor at night (!), but the reaction of hotel's staff was very quick and brought into effect night's silence.:-)) The pressure of water in shower could be a little bit stronger.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff was very nice. The door was repaired after a few days, so I'm glad it was able to shut and lock the last couple of days.

The hotel is very old and not very well kept up. The bathroom tiles were cracked, the walls were cracked, the floor was dirty, and the door of one of our rooms wasn't able to latch for the first couple of days. It would open if we just shoved--which we had to just to get it open when it was unlocked.

Wifi didn`t work well

I liked the warmth of the staff. They were extremely friendly, specially the lady who came for housekeeping as well the receptionist and the staff at the breakfast hall were extremely nice, with a wide smile. The breakfast was hot and it made our day.

We have stayed fairly regularly at this hotel, it is basic but comfortable and clean. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. they now remember us as regulars and try their very best to accommodate our requests for a particular room. When it's not available they find us a similar one. Very good service.

The covers on the duvet seems to be 2 sheets tucked into each other. Would prefer proper duvet covers.

The fact that it is close to the centre

There was too much noise at night, people smoking, drinking etc around on the stairs which make you feel insecure especially when u alone

room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and lovely breakfast, would definitely go back.

wi fi had a bit of problem, but soon had it up and running.
