Very helpful staff. Staff were friendly happy and nothing was too much trouble. Easy parking. Clean room. Quiet. Good leisure facilities. Excellent breakfast.

I felt that the sevice and staff were excellent , the hotel setting and surroundings were peaceful and calm .

We used the hotel to go to music festival in Milton Keynes, £15 in a taxi, in the day, £35 to return after midnight, the hotel was clean , bathroom nice, beds very comfortable. Breakfast included in the price, wide range of items, very good. Staff friendly, hotel in middle of uni campus.

Two miles off the motor way, difficult to find without a tom tom, not well sign posted.

Expensive for what you get, this might have been due to an event at Milton Keynes bowl that night however. Booked a twin room and got smallish double bed

Value for money, plesent and welcoming hotel with many facilities being free I.E. pool, sauna and access to as much tea/coffee as you should wish.

Drove around in circles trying to find Cranfield. Surrounding area does not have adequate signage to find it.

The clean comfortable room with all the facilities we needed. The friendly staff, even at 5am the receptionist was very cheerful!

The room was very hot when we turned the air con off.

Sign on the Fitness Centre too small, door was locked so residents couldn't get in when they were in fact allowed to.

Room looked quite old and poorly furbished. Bed was not as comfortable as expected.

Clean relaxed atmosphere attentive helpful and friendly staff. Located well for f1 at Silverstone just far enough out not to get snarled up in traffic.

Our room was filthy, the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. It had an old office chair in the room with huge holes in it, bathroom dirty, would of been better staying in a youth hostel. Room 104 itself poor maintenance shabby room , asked on booking for a clean room as I have asthma. There was a newly renovated part of the hotel but instead they put me here. Very disappointing , and as the person responsible for training in my company i could never send an employee here!
