Friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast, would definitely stay again.
Could do with a better sign not readable from the road.
Man at reception put up no argument to myself and my partner leaving for another hotel.
Smell (musty or stale cigarettes). Empty Milk container in the shower and bathroom not clean. Brown stains on bedroom ceiling and paint pealing. Dining room was depressing.
The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. It was also close to a tube stop, so it was well connected. Fairly good value for money.
The plumbing on the top floor made the toilet sound like it was screaming when someone flushed, which wasn't fun at 1 or 2pm. The bed terrible: very thin mattress so I felt all the springs, which was very uncomfortable.
Could do with a good make over
everything is good. worth of value. friendly staff at reception. clean, warm room. near tube station
located in zone 3, a little far but not a problem. can hear clearly when upstairs customers walking.
Cheap for London, room was large with a clean bathroom, nice english breakfast, good location: not far from ealing common tube station, Staff was friendly
We arrived late in the evening and had to wait a bit for the check in but could have avoided that by letting them know before hand; you have to wait a bit for hot water to come through.
The Hotel is at 3 mins from the tube station. Near the tube station it's also a supermarket from where you can buy smth to drink or smth sweet. The staff was nice. I also liked the english breakfast (bacon, 2 eggs, bean, sausage, grilled tomato, mushrooms). Very good prices comparing with other hotels.
Not very clean. You could hear everything was happening on the other side of the door or outside (the window was not closing well). The hotel is far from the center, even with the tube.
Location is great,
From wher I can start, I don't know, let's do A to B Hotel 1 smell once u enter the room 2 TV very very very very very old u can't event hear properly because it's too small 3 shower it looks good size, no where to put your shower gel or shampoo ( yours because they don't provide ) u don't have where to hang your towel in the bathroom, shower doesn't move it's just for your hair, 4 receptionist not very helpful. He said if you don't like the room you can check out, The chef ( manager ) the same time, doesn't like you if you don't order, English breakfast,
good pleasant service very welcoming.
On arrival the man at the desk seemed miserable and was almost trying to pre warn us that "you know you have only booked a standard room" but well as expected it wasn't standard, the furniture looked like it had been thrown round the car park before being placed in the room. Wallpaper was hanging off and the view from our window was a mattress in the carpark. not great.
Staff are really friendly and cant do enough . The Staff work very well with what they have . Its the Staff that made my stay . good breakfast if you like a full english . quiet .
The walls needed painting , they looked grubby / dirty . The rooms were Dated , need to be redesigned . Poor lighting in some of the rooms . The Hotel needs Maintenance , fix a few issue , some are cosmetic . Proper Hot water for the shower on the ground floor , it goes hot then cold .As I said before the whole hotels maintenance needs to be addressed . Lacks the look it should have . The tv in the room is very old and not the best for viewing on .
Staff were pleasant and friendly
good location free parking outside not too expensive
bizarre old furniture oldest smallest tv huge gap under door 6 to corridor incredibly huge cobwebs in room horrible marks on wall above pillows
Nice hotel if a little dated but good value for money in London
I liked that an English breakfast was included and the staff was nice.
There was more that I didn't like unfortunately than I liked. First, the locker on our bedroom was a bit dodgy and I didn't feel safe leaving valuable things in the room during the day. Secondly, I am ok with share bathrooms but these were quite filthy. The staff cleaned them in the morning only I think if at all, often there were wet towels left in the shower after previous tenants all day. Both the toilets on our floor didn't work on the day we were leaving, were blocked and wouldn't flash. The room was very basic, quite worn out I would say. I think I would get a better quality in a hostel for less money.
- Excellent value for money. One of the cheapest but nicest hotels you can stay in London. - Close proximity to the metro. - That included english breakfast goes a long way when you're on a budget. - The hotel manager despite his gruff exterior helped us with a lot of stuff he didn't have to. Very nice.
After a day of cleaning, the staff left the door open in our room. We came back in the evening to find the door open and naturally it gave us a fright... But nothing was stolen from the room. In other words we got lucky...
Was transfered to another hotel due to plumbing problems Very good communication
Hotel was further away than we wanted
How helpful and friendly the staff was.
Miserable staff Terrible food Everywhere was dusty Mould in rooms Wafer pillows Light in room didn't work
Perfect location near to the tube and bus stop for Wembley. Staff really nice and welcoming. £65 for a Friday night stay and full english breakfast for 2
The bedroom could do with a update but not a problem.
close to a sainsburry. close to a tube station.
being close to the main road. But this did not cause any problems as the noise levels were not that strong.
Location Friendly staff Good breakfast.
Let's just say, you get what you pay for.
The staff is very attentive and helpful
The room and the bathroom would need to be redone
