La casa es preciosa y la habitación también, situada en una zona muy tranquila de la ciudad. El personal es muy amable dispuestos a prestar cualquier ayuda e información que se precise. Los desayunos son deliciosos y muy completos. Está bien communicado con el centro ya que cerca de la casa hay una parada de autobús para llegar. Todo ha resultado ser una combinación perfecta de confort y elegancia. En resumen, ¡nos ha encantado! |

Friendly and informative greeting. Immaculately furnished and comfortable room. Good breakfast choices. It seemed to me that nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again |

We found the staff friendly and the atmosphere pleasant and relaxed. The food served for breakfast was exceptional, with a lovely and extensive menu alongside the usual cereal and fruit options of most guest houses. There was nothing we disliked about our stay here. |

The attention to detail was exceptional. The staff were very helpful and informative - particularly regarding places to eat and to park in Bath. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The breakfast was cooked to order, was very good and served in a convivial atmosphere. There isn't really any on-site parking. However, parking on the street is no problem, is free and has no restrictions - unlike a lot of places in Bath. From the hotel it is very easy to get to the Park & Ride and to Charlotte Street Car Park in Bath City centre. |

Friendly welcome / very helpful and polite staff / great attention to detail got a last min deal so great value for money. Beds very comfortable . Fantastic breakfast great choice and beautifully cooked. Would stay again. Ideal for Bath sites short car ride from park and ride into Bath. |

The fantastic cooked breakfast in the morning and service was better than when we stayed at the 'Macdonald Spa' in Bath last time we came. Attention to detail. Organised and simple information on things like the park and ride local to the hotel were very valuable. Very friendly and comfortable, Found the latest time for breakfast 9.30am on Sunday quite early especially as have young children and was hoping for a lie in! |

The high standard of accommodation and the friendliness of the staff who looked after us. The nearby restaurants were rather remote from the hotel but the city centre was easily accessible by bus or taxi. |

Be aware of the walking distance to Bath! They do tell you. Go through the park. This is not a complaint but be aware that the breakfast window is one hour long. This is unprecedented in my experience. |
