Pretty friendly staff in hotel who helps me a lot. And you can drink and eat at hotel, very quiet place. If your room is far from reception, probably Wifi signal is not good.

There was nothing outstanding to mention. It was overpriced for the standard of rooms and quality of the hotel. Service in the breakfast room was extremely poor, disorganised and slow. Staff seemed to 'forget' which guests had not ordered breakfast and a couple of orders were completely forgotten. I don't think this was the individual staff's fault but that the whole process was poorly managed; certainly staff were having to constantly apologise for how slow the service was - not a very good sign! We chose not to eat in the restaurant in the evening because of this. The staff in reception were not very attentive either.

The staff as always were excellent in their treatment of you as a customer. Unfortunately a large number of foreign contractors are staying in the hotel which has pushed the price up on previous years. That is not the problem, the problem is their total disrespect for other guests with shouting and bawling in the corridors up till midnight and the racket they make when leaving around 6am every morning.

Wednesday is steak night and the sirloin I had was cooked as I like it, very tender and with great flavour. The waitress told me that it came from a Crearer family farm if so more should be made of it! Superb value at £14.95 including 2 glasses of wine. None

Room was a good size with a fold out zbed for second child. Pool was enjoyed by us all. Most of the staff were friendly, if a little disorganized. Do not go if you want to enjoy a meal with your children, no child menu, so to eat with kids you had to eat in the bar and request half portions, there is a large tv in the bar ,on very loud. The waitress for the main restaurant was unfriendly and abrupt to the point of rude. I would not recommend this hotel.

Your reception staff were outstanding, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were lovely Your dining room staff for breaksfast were clueless and very disorganised. The food was atrocious, thank god we only had breakfast which i couldnt eat a mouthful of, the egg was undercooked, the sausage was burnt on one side and pink and raw on the other, ur haggis i could have thrown at someone it was as hard as a brick. By the time we got the butter we had to ask for 3 times for our toast my tea was cold. In all the years and all the hotels i have stayed in, the food in your hotel was the worst i have ever seen.

No sound proofing.Could hear every word on next room's tv which was on all night so little or no sleep Dining room distinctly chilly. No double glazing in full length windows. Somwhat dated building. Flat roof problems meant damp stains on ceiling of bedroom.

Very little to like about this hotel. Very small room, extremely stuff, poorly ventilated, resulted in uncomfortable night. As was so hot and stuffy I had window open all night resulting in being worried someone would access room from flat roof and steal my laptop and other belongings. This added to my uncomfortable, restless night. Hot self service breakfast was cold at 7.15 am. For the price this was worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Receptionist replied I could have got room £5 cheaper booking direct. As if this £5 would have made the slightest bit of difference to my poor, overpriced cubby-hole room and cold breakfast.
