Clean tidy room bathroom was clean and modern and breakfast was great setting us up for our travels.
Just about everything. The staff were very friendly and polite, the building is cosy and welcoming, the room was quirky (sloping floor!) but perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. In standard this hotel rivals much more expensive alternatives - it is my firm first choice every time I have to stay overnight in London.
The hotel was cosy and friendly. The location was beautiful and near to major shops and museums. There is a beautiful garden right outside the hotel.
Unfortunately there are building works opposite, so a piledriver is quite noisy early in the morning I would suggest visitors ask for a room at the back of the hotel.
The breakfast was a surprise since you don't usually get a Full English breakfast in many hotels in London. Very well located close to St Pancras and Kings Cross. If you are planning to go to Harry Potter Studio is very close too to the station that goes directly. They also have antiques for sale, take a look ;)
Charming and clean small hotel in a pleasant neighborhood, very convenient to Euston and King's Cross. Breakfast was good and staff kindly awaited my late arrival.
The single room I got was "inclined", so much so I had to sleep the other way to not have my head down. The second room I got was more "flat", though and most references do not mention this, so it could be just that one room. The building is old and lovely but the foundations are probably not what they used to be, you are also warned to not venture onto the balconies.
Staff, friendly and helpful. Room and surrounding clean
Interior needs a updating, looking tired.
Good comfort for low price Calm Central Cheap
Able to have room B4 check in time
Blonde receptionist miserable and unapproachable. Staff couldn't solve problems with computer. Breakfast was very small!
location,room,tea making facilities,heating
very unfriendly receptioniston leaving..no smile..not helpful
Convenient to Euston station Reasonable price Friendly staff Clean room and bathroom Breakfast included
Basement room down two flights of stairs Slightly spartan decor
Excellent location and breakfast. Nice and friendly staff. Comfortable bed.
The welcome and care by the first manager and the cleaner was excellent but elsewhere just about courteous enough.
The cooked breakfast was pretty dire and after the second day I had breakfast at a local cafe. I think the problem was that the waitress spoke very little English and failed to understand that I wanted 'soft' poached eggs and NOT 'hard and rubbery ones'.
The delightful dining room and London-style antiques Very convenient for Euston
This hotel was very well located, a few minutes' walk from Euston Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful; I arranged a late check in (midnight) beforehand, and it was no problem. Clean, quiet and safe. Good breakfast with lots of options. There is a guests' lounge with a computer and internet connection.
The hotel does have en suite rooms, but mine had a shared bathroom. I didn't think this was a problem at all, but it might not suit everyone. The décor was homely rather than 'corporate', which again I like because it makes it feel a bit more personal, but might not be to everyone's taste.
The rooms are simple but very clean and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The staff are fantastic and the breakfast is delicious giving you a great start to the day or recovery from the previous night out in London :)
The Hotel was within walking distance to the train station. Therefore near the tube as well. Had a comfortable over night stay and would stay there again.
No en-suite even though the bathroom was near.
It was clean, cosy and the breakfast, served on pretty blue china, was good. Good location and no fuss whatsoever concerning check in, cleaning and check out. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends. Good value for money.
Small room as expected but very quiet, a comfy bed and exceptionally clean. Friendly staff, a very good value stay for quick business trips to London.
This is my second visit to this hotel value for money outstanding hotel room was spacious and spotlessly clean breakfast great and the staff very friendly and helpful can't wait to stay here again
Hotel very nice and would use again. Shared bathroom was clean and had no q in the morning. As for location it is in quiet area 5 min walk euston station also 5 min walk to kings cross. Breakfast was good also.
Rooms have locks that you use a proper key. I prefer the key card. Apart from that I had no complaints
Friendly welcome. Room recently decorated. Quiet.
bedroom furniture could do with some updating. TV a little small.
It was convenient for the event we were attending; the rooms had all we needed and the breakfast was very good.
Lots of stairs (difficult with luggage). Only one of the 2 rooms was ensuite.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, also attentive service at breakfast. My room was really spacious for a London hotel, only the bathroom was tiny but still OK. Everything well-kept and spotlessly clean. It's only a few minutes from Euston station. I can definitely recommend Crescent Hotel.
WiFi was very weak and slow in room 19.
Good value for money (most spacious room in its category i ever had in London- was a double room for the price of single, with a desk and a table so lots of surface to put your stuff untypical of london midrange accomodation), Proximity to two Piccadilly stations and to a good number of nice dining options
Certain staff could use a smile
