Jack was very accommodating about letting my sons wedding photographer take photos in the lovely lounge.

My only problem was that the bed in my room, No 5 was quite low and my husband and I knocked against the frame quite a lot when walking by, although it was lovely and comfy to sleep in.

Our host was lovely and a great help. Parking was not the best so you really have to book a spot to get a pass to park on the streets around. This was the only real drawback to staying here.

    No real parking spot.

Excellent location for sightseeing in bath. Car parking was easy on a Thursday night with the permit which costs £5 extra, but worth it. Breakfast cooked to order and very nice. Lovely clean kitchen which you can see while waiting for breakfast.

Nothing comes to mind at all.

Nicely decorated throughout, friendly staff. Located a short walk from all the major attractions. very comfortable bed.

Our room was at the front. of the house on a fairly warm week, so we had to have the windows open. We faced out on to the main A34, quite a busy and noisy road. However as we were out all day we dropped off quite easily, though some may find this difficult.

The landlord and staff were very accommodating and the facility was very nice.

I wish the location was a bit closer to the city center or if not, that the surroundings were a bit more picturesque.

I love the beds in the twin room. Very clean, cosy and comfortable. In addition we didn't hear the other guests from the other rooms. Very pleased with our stay.

Good location, recently remodeled, And done very tastefully with all mod cons. Daily breakfast included.

Stairs, no elevators, rooms smallish, showers very small, greater breakfast selection would be nice.

The house is beautiful, well decorated and so clean. Bed was very comfortable and a good shower. Excellent breakfast in a lovely room with an open kitchen which worked very well. Very close to the main attractions of Bath.

The room/bathroom was a tad small for £120 p.n. but I expect on a par with similar B&Bs in the area.
