English superbe house
Adaptor and lack of clear pass for wifi
Room was new and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast facility was new, clean, bright, modern.
Duvet was far too thick, poor sleep because so hot. Full English wasn't. No parking. Expensive
Lovely house, convenient to town.
Expensive. There were 5 of us (2 sharing and 1 on his own) the person on his own paid more than the doubles. Breakfast was ok. We only saw the owner the evening we arrived.
Breakfast Sheets Parking permit which allowed us to drive around the city and park Just £5 for parking
Paying for parking permit - without being told first Beds were a little narrow
We was in the super king room and it was a fab size and a lovely comfy bed.
The cooked breakfast wasn't the best, also no sweeteners in our room. When we first arrived the drainage smelt in our shower but after reporting it, it was quickly sorted.
fantastic interior nice staff ideal for city center good Engl. breakfast
our room was very small and didn't have a desk (business trip) expensive parking I am still waiting on the right invoice
We stayed in a family room, the only thing that i didn't like is the toilet door, they should put a small curtain so that if the toilet is in use we can't see them from inside.
Cleanliness and good quality of breakfast in the morning.
We had a room with a view of the back (neighbours )
Nice big bed, small but clean room, hearty English breakfast.
Bath is expensive but this was a good value for price. It was very clean and comfortable and close to the main attractions of the city. Seemed to be a well run operation.
BR was a little small but functional.
The staff were very friendly and helpful; the location is fantastic- Bath is a small city, and the B&B is easy walking distance from the centre. The breakfast was lovely, and the room was immaculate, with great facilities.
Couldn't fault them in any way :-)
Lovely guest house, very clean. Within 10 mins walk to all amenities. Very nice breakfast. bacon, sausage top quality just needed some baked beans Imo. Rooms tastefully decorated
Monica was very sweet, a great cook and helpful in getting us a taxi back to the train station. Giacoma, provided some helpful info in taxis, trains, and restaurants via email. Helpful brochures in the foyer. We had a great stay.
Lovely staff member cooked the best scrambled eggs I've had. Fresh and healthy breakfast options. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location very good for walking to key sites.
One of us got a cold shower in the morning.
Stunning, spacious property. Newly refurbished. Friendly staff. Good location, 10 minutes walk into Bath
Location is great, short walk to town centre and Royal Crescent. Well-appointed rooms, very comfortable. Liked relaxing in the communal lounge. Would definitely recommend.
rooms decorated nicely, the sitting room was just lovely, breakfast was also great, location not too bad but a bit of a walk into town however, 2 pubs in very close proximity
rooms a bit small but not really able to fix that in an old house
nothing to dislike
Beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean Great breakfast
Nice set up for a you family with room for the children, Location is good, close to town although parking can be an issue.
Jack was very accommodating about letting my sons wedding photographer take photos in the lovely lounge.
My only problem was that the bed in my room, No 5 was quite low and my husband and I knocked against the frame quite a lot when walking by, although it was lovely and comfy to sleep in.
Location was good Bed very comfortable Room and public areas clean
No soap provided in the shower No tissues in the room No dressing table and mirror Breakfast cooked in advance which meant the eggs were hard No personal touches very business like only met the owner/manager briefly when we arrived Lighting poor in the room main ceiling light had been removed
Modern clean decor Brilliant gluten free breakfast Lovely staff Really comfy bed Quiet
On quite a main road Shampoo and shower gel but No conditioner
The feel and attention to details made the visit amazing
Our host was lovely and a great help. Parking was not the best so you really have to book a spot to get a pass to park on the streets around. This was the only real drawback to staying here.
No real parking spot.
