This has to rate as one of the worst hotels i have stayed in considering the cost yes i have stayed in worse for say £20/£25 per night, but as this was £55 for the night, the staff were not welcoming at all and they had a 2 course set meal for dinner which was samosas and chicken curry so i said okay but as i didnt like hot food could they make my curry mild ie Korma but no they said, the room was... |

Owners were very pleasant and helpful. Felt embarassed for them. Bathroom tap wouldn't turn off, the shower tray filled to the top with water when using it. Rooms stank of cigarettes and T.V wouldn't work. Window wouldn't open and the full breakfast was microwaved and greasy as hell. |

Close to the city centre. Nice garden with fish pond. Good breakfast .Friendly staff. Wall with adjoining room was a bit thin so you could hear the guy in the next room snore and cough ! |

The furniture in the room consisted of three pieces of chipboard with a rail for a wardrobe a piece of wood and a wooden chair for the dressing table. One of the towels had been used before and was dirty the other had stains all over it. The standard of the hotel was not what I expected from the discription on the web site. |

centrally located (by car) with enclosed parking, the big basins, the morning news at breakfast the staff (hotel vacant and yet I still got the most inaccessible room for not agreeing to a £10pn upgrade), the toilet paper, the size and heating in the rooms, the aged bed covers, the finish and facilities generally |

the appearence of the hotel It was desperatley in need of an update, the lock on the door was broken so we slept with one eye open, the bathroom was freezing, old fashioned, cheap, babies crying, dirty, spiders cobwebs in the door frames. would never stay here again. it's not a hotel, its a cheap B&B. |
