Good location great restaurant friendly staff. lst room really badly planned, O'Neil suite, lighting dreadful, lamp did not work, bedside clock did not work. Bathroom unworkable, no instructions with overhead shower, very hot dangerous. No soap holder, or shelf, basin abominable. No dressing table or mirror.CHANGED ROOMS |

Comfortable, spacious room. Excellent central location, helpful staff, very good value for money at special discounted rate. not a major issue for me, but TV in room very small, also no lift, coupled with bit of street noise outside might disturb older guests. |

It was very relaxing and the receptionist was very helpful. On street parking, there was no secure hotel parking. |

Residents' lounge was very useful as bar twelve very noisy. Small and intimate atmosphere very appealing. It didn't bother us but I could imagine that external late night noise could be a problem for some |

room design, breakfast, location separate taps for cold and hot water. As hotels are aimed at tourists, using mixing taps at least for washing hands in rooms could be considered. |

Le côté maison de charme,très "british" et intemporel. + la situation dans le quartier très animé de l'université, ses restos, ses pubs, et malgré tout, très très calme. petit-dej un peu gras... |
