the party all enjoyed their stay and commented on the friendly atmosphere and helpful staff
Food excellent, staff friendly.
Room extremely small. Twin beds, one made, one not and with ill-fitting sheets. Extractor fan not working, shower leaked.
Location for travel to Manchester/ Old trafford , friendly staff, very clean and facilities , great value for money... 5th time we have stayed at this hotel
Nothing, no fault found
Nice hotel, good location for travel be it public or private, pleasing and helpful staff, nice restaurant.
For this stay only the wi-fi was down and the staff were doing what they could so couldn't ask for more.
iron never worked.could hear the people talking in the next room. drinks very pricey.
The staff were very helpful the food was good my room was comfortable .
My room was at the back so there was a lot of noise from deliveries to the Hotel.
location for tramline to old trafford and altrincham and for manchester city centre, hotel was clean and comfortable, bar open late, although choice of lagers was limited, plenty of parkking when i arrived too.
almighty noise woke me up at 6am, was either aircon or heating system but was very loud, apart from that was good nights sleep!!
relaxed atmosphere comfort and facilities in the room plenty of parking location to town centre and transport network very good breakfast spread
my only gripe was the price of breakfast I think there should be a reduction for children
the friendly staff great service very comfortable room and cleanliness was top class the food was really good and will definetely be back
good location for Altrincham and for getting to Old Trafford good value for money good parking facilities
no complaints. Bed could have been more comfortable but the room was relatively low cost so no complaints
Quick response of staff, especially in restaurant. Good choice of food and excellent value. Decent beds, very comfortable.
Sound proofing in some rooms is poor - bathrooms close to each other (not nice) and TV noise very irritating.
Easy to find, on located on the main road into Manchester, plenty of parking. Great helpful staff.
Restaurant not open on the first night! Was not notified at the time of booking that it would not be open. Only told when I asked about booking a table
Location. Public areas good i.e bar and restaurant
Standard of cleanliness in room - dirt around handles of bath and toilet pan loose. Whilst shower was OK, the water power was very slow if bath required. Also sheet on double bed appeared to be a single as it didn't even reach sides of bed.
We liked that this was easy to book, walking distance to the rail and tram station giving us access to the heart of Manchester as well as to the shops and pubs in Altringcham. Staff were friendly, bed comfy and the shower was great. It was good to see a hotel that was busy and obviously a part of the local community.
The amenities were in line with what we paid for- no huge room or bathroom, economy tea, coffee and biscuits. But we were very happy with it overall.
Helped with organising transfer to airport.
Room chilly at night, and no indication of how to alter the temperature.
Location was good
Almost everything. The rooms are in horrible condition, really old and dirty. The walls are dirty, bathroom was disgusting. I honestly have nothing nice to say about this hotel. Super gross and needs a lot changed. Will never stay in it again nor recommend it to anyone.
Was made to feel a very valued customer by the staff their.
Location is good for walking into Altrincham. Lobby is nicely modernised. Plenty of parking, if exceptionally busy.
The shower had possibly the least water pressure of any shower I have ever used in any country in the last 20 years. PATHETIC! Noise from corridors into rooms.
The room was modern looking. Breakfast staff were very polite and helpful. I picked the Cresta Court Hotel as I used to live in Altrincham 10 years ago. It is close to the Metrolink Network and Manchester airport.
I booked a double room and the beds were two singles pushed together. The cleanliness of the tea tray(it hadn't been cleaned and was dirty with rings from cups, also very dusty). The bathroom tiles were dirty and the sink had beard clippings in it. I have worked at the Savoy in my younger years as a housekeeper and know the standards expected.
Room had a view looking at a brick wall,ok for overnight stay would be very disappointed if I was staying any longer.
Close to Metrolink Near to nice compact shopping centre Lovely breakdast Friendly, helpful staff
Bed was very squeaky Furniture in rooms in need of updating No safe in room
