The room was comfortable, though relatively small, and the hotel was well situated, being just off the main road to Manchester and within easy walking distance of the station from where the trams and buses operate. It is also very close to the Cheshire countryside, Tatton Park etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. |

The food was very good, the restaurant staff were very freindly, which did not fit with the rest of the hotel the hotel looked ok until you get in, the room was one of the smallest I have ever seen, I could not sit on the stool in front of the desk to work and had to sit on the end of the bed. If you have knees or are clostrophobic DONT book here! asked for a double room got a twin wouldnt or could'nt change it for me although the hotel did not appear full! one of the worst night sleep in my life. Never again !! |

The room was clean that was it Yes you don't state when you are booking online that you havn't actually paid even though you take bank details and make out it has been paid for. The rudness of staff and the bank machine not working. |

The staff was helpful, room is cosy. The flat screen tv and wireless internet are very good. Air in the room is very warm and dry. Adjacent to carriageway, quite noisy, even during the night. |

Proximity to Old Trafford and public transport room was very noisey as there was a disco underneath it until 03-00 am. Made complaint to the Managment and they ignored our complaint. Room very shabby, TV reception very bad |

It was quite comfortable and convenient for where I needed to be that weekend. I did not like being woken at 5.50am by the sound of the extractor fans reving up outside my bedroom window. We were right above the kitchens!!!!! Not good. |

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, most staff were friendly, the location was good just outside the main shopping centre of altrincham. The room was very small, the beds were cheap and uncomfortable! |

Efficient checking-in/out. Good breakfast and pleasant, helpful waitress on breakfast duty. Helpful bar staff. I needed to press a skirt which was creased from packing and the iron in the bedroom did not work. I did tell Reception on checking-out. I booked a "deal" as I was attending a funeral. I would not want to pay £89 for the room I used - very basic. |

The hotel "did exactly what it said in the tin". As budget hotels go, it was fine, but don't expect 5 star luxury, Breakfast fine. Bar a bit basic, with rather unfriendly blue lighting. Not to my taste. The pillows where rather hard for my liking. |

Meals/facilities are ok. That's breakfast, bar and dinner. Wireless internet if needed for free. Close to Altrincham centre and good connections (Metrolink) to Manchester (around 30 minutes) Standard rooms are (really) small. 2 beds, small table / extra chair and the room is full. I would say a typical English hotel room. bit overpriced but that's what they all are in the UK. we had a wedding there, which was too noisy during the night, specifically the guests banging on doors at 3:45 in the morning. Sure, that's not standard but did happen during our stay. |
