Best Western Cresta Court Hotel Manchester  

Noisy music from bar. No water pressure so was unable to bath/shower.

The staff are so friendly and helpful thy go out of the way to help people one of the most friendly hotels I have ever stayed in

Location to airport

Staff met expectations, The room was clean and tidy.

Despite being on the third floor and with double glazed windows there was a constant noise from the main road.

- room was good - staff were good - facilities were good

The room for 4 people was a really good size, with full size beds - no little pull out half size ones. Very roomy!

The room temperature was just too hot - there was no air conditioning or heating unit to turn down, and the window only opened 2 inches.

Normally the staff are friendly

This stay the staff were not friendly. Receptionist did not smile or make eye contact.

Location

The hotel was easy to find, good sized clean rooms and value for money.

We stayed on a Saturday night after a family wedding and were woken several times during the night by people shouting and singing on their ways to their rooms and then to add insult to injury the noisy central heating system woke us at 7.30am!

Good hotel. Only 15 mins from airport

apart from its location which is close to Altrincham town centre. your hotel need big improvement in term of facilities, decoration, modernisation and staff training.

The entrance or the reception is so poor and ugly, I was expecting better than this, your receptionists are fair and provide average customer services however some of them need to get more training or be friendly at least. " They don`t smile :(( "

The staff always have a great welcome when you check in very friendly the rooms are very cleane

The room was very spacious with great facilities. Staff willing to help and friendly. Clean hotel and well presented.

recently refurbished room. quiet part of hotel. lovely staff. good value for money

strong smell of paint. window needs safety catch as a child could easily stand on a chair and fall out (2nd floor). no grab handles in bathroom above or on bath. no bin in bedroom for used teagabgs etc so dripping on carpet.

Loved the cosy feel of the hotel. Felt very safe and very friendly and the staff were lovely. Great value too.

Rather noisy at night. ? Party going on in the hotel and loud, possibly drunk people outside.

Couldn't get the shower to work

Clean environs, close to railway station; all standard facilities.

Room rather small. Water- pressure low, water not very hot, difficult to fill bath. Bed was not very comfortable.

Very central

On Sunday evening we had a meal in the hotel restaurent it was not edibable. It was roast beef. The regular menu advertised was not available. This was very poor advertising. The only part of the meal i ate was the starter.. I had to go to the bar and buy crisps. I would not eat in the restaurent again.

Hotel has good parking areas. Reception & in-house staff were very pleasant & attentive. Bedroom austere but cleaned and tidied very well

No chair in bedroom, just a stool. Difficulty in managing food on room service tray.
