Good location, near Kingcross station!!

too much stairs, hard to move the luggage to the room

Had family room so lots of space to spread out. Staff were all good and helped with bags. Clean and quiet. Very close to St Pancras.

It was central, friendly staff, good choice of continental breakfast and my room was really clean having just been refurbished. Best of many lower budget hotels I've stayed in in the Kings Cross area

Location is very convenient,the hotel besides the Kings cross station.

Some room is very small.

We needed an overnight stop between trains. The hotel was super-close to Kings Cross and St Pancras. We had a good night's sleep in satisfactory surroundings. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

To be fair, there was work underway at the hotel, but there were decorators' items cluttering some public areas.

Close to Kings Cross station. Good value for money. respected our request for ground floor. nice breakfast.

needs some hooks or towel rails in the bathroom. Difficult to have a shower without getting water all over the bathroom floor. Smoking location outside our window. Poor drainage. Noisy wooden floor overhead.

Staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble, room was very clean, breakfast was good. Jack was adorable and friendly and well worth a mention.

If I was being critical the room was very compact, but for a budget hotel what do you expect.

Bathroom a bit small

Really convenient to access Kingcross St Pancras Station and Underground, just 2 mins walking there. Although near station but really quiet at night and safety. Hotel staff is really friendly, helpful because I had a food pack need to keep freezing before go to another cities so they were really welcome and absolutely helped.

The cleaning of the hotel was a little bit disappoint because the rug was old so somewhere was damaged or dirty. But that's fine to me

Staff were helpful, the room was clean and reasonably equipped, breakfast was adequate, and I appreciated 2 colleagues staying in a hotel owned by the Crestfield being able to join me for breakfast.

The sole reason for staying was to enable me to work to prepare for an important meeting. The surface was so narrow I could barely open my laptop. I was given an internet connection password but not told the cable was not working.

Location.. easy access to all ground transportation, lots of restaurants nearby..

Narrow staircase... not easy for us with 3 big luggage.. no fan in the room will not be comfortable if stay here in summer.. very small bathroom (compare to all hotels we've been used in this trip).

Very narrow space to double bed room (about 2x2.5m size room) bad smell very bad bed easily visible at outside (no privacy)

Proximity to St Pancras Station

Tiny room on top floor, no lift and elderly travelling companion. Was not asked if we could do 4 flights of stairs.

Very near to King Cross Underground. Staff are friendly. They even pack some sandwiches and drinks for us to take away as we are taking an early flight as we leave at 6am. TQVM.

The place was clean and well kept up

They stuck us in a triple room with another bed jammed in and called it a quad. Way too small. When confronted, the management just shrugged and said they were new here. I thought we were taken advantage of on the price. If they are going to put us in a triple room, they should charge us for a triple room.

There was nothing wrong with the place except the facilities didn't suit our needs.

The staircase to our room was narrow & was not large suitcase friendly. It was quite stuffy in the room of an evening. A fan or air-conditioning would have made it more pleasant. There was no where to place the suitcases except the bed.

Hotel is well located close to Kings Cross - St Pancras Staff is efficient and is always willing to provide assitance especially during breakfasts. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Not too expensive compared to other rooms in London

Bathrooms are small Even though the hotel is located in a small street, there is always a background noise at night, which can be annoying, but it didn't prevent me from falling asleep !

Location was excellent just across from Kings Cross station

Rooms were basic with breakfast a continental breakfast. For £120 a night expected a bit more
