On a tranquil square, the budget European Hotel offers rooms a 3 minute walk from St Pancras Station and the Eurostar Terminal. A full English breakfast is served every morning.

Breakfast was quite good, although often too few places in view of the number of guests.
Room was very small, hardly space to move around; no places to store cloting and the like.
. Very basic breakfast but fine for us.staff were all very friendly and polite. The rooms are basic but very clean and beds very comfy, good shower too. Very handy for tube, would definitely stay here again.
No wifi for 3 nights we were there. Renovating room beside us so fair bit of noise but they were considerate and didn't start work till 9:00am
Very good location, nice and helpful staff. Breakfast had cheese and ham as well :-) Wifi works in room, no problems with the strenght. McDonalds and some other fast food facilities nearby.
No heating was on (November!). Constant smell of the WC-cleaning liquid as the cleaning lady left it in the toalett (did not wash it).
Very nice location at station/metro . Very clean but small room. Staff ok !
A little too small
The staff exceeded my expectations for central London hotels. Rooms are practical. Location is no doubt central. It's refurbished hotel. Average breakfast.
No phones in the room to call the reception. But they knock on your door for a wake up call which is OK.
Great for London train stations No problem with leaving bags during day Competitive price for London Helpful staff
Comfortable bed, smiley staff and the Hotel was just couple of minutes from the underground stations.
No shower mat, but helpful staff gave us an extra towel to use on floor.
The staff were very friendly and although the room (a triple for us 2 adults and our young grandson) was a bit on the small side, it was manageable for the amount of time we was in it. Wide choice for breakfast although we had to leave too early after our first night to get the Eurostar but had breakfast after our second night. If needed a short stay in that area of London again, I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel.
small bed,bad breakfast,no internet(technical problem),no heat
I have stayed at the Crestfield every Nov. for the past dozen years. The facilities are just fine, and always being upgraded. It's also very close to Kings Cross which is a huge advantage.
The location was very good, just by King's Cross station. The room was basic but clean. I would use the hotel again.
The room was tiny and basically what looked like a shed which was converted into a room. However, it was adequate for one night. The breakfast was VERY basic but again if you just want a cup of tea and a bit of toast then it would do. I would say still quite expensive for what it was but I guess you pay for the location.
Proximity to Kings Cross and Saint Pancras. On a quieter street for the area. Decent Wifi.
Very worn out carpets, doors, and rooms. Couldn't pay with Amex despite being allowed to indicate Amex as the payment on Booking.com.
Very happy I chose Crestfield Hotel. No complaints at all, staff were extremely helpful and polite, single room was a good size plus (clean and a nice bed) to be welcomed by a pet dog in reception is a bonus if you like them. Have recommended Crestfield to my friends and will stay here again on my next visit to the capital - good location.
This hotel is very near to two major railway stations - the main reason we chose it, and it was very comfortable - despite building work taking place on the first floor. The staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was very good,
No bedside lights and only basic furnishings - but - for one night it was fine.
very friendly staff and a very clean room
The receptionist was absolutely lovely - made up for the room.
The most smelliest, mouldiest room I've ever slept in. Mum couldn't even sleep because of the smell.
I was traveling for business and wifi is mandatory for me, but there was no wifi connection at all
The location was convenient to St Pancras /kings Cross but was on a side side so wasn't noisy. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Room was clean and basic.
Even though there was some variety of choices, breakfast never changed. It would have been nice to have been offered a different bread or fresh fruit for example. Also, Wifi was out for 2-3 days which was inconvenient. The staff was apologetic and tried to accommodate with other options .
Идеальное расположение, если приезжаете из Гатвика. Мягкая удобная кровать. Номер маленький, но есть все, что нужно. Очень чисто. Единственный минус - узкие крутые лестницы и отсутствие лифта. Very convenient if travel from Gatwick. Small room, but has everything you need. Comfy soft bed, good wifi. Very clean. The minus is no lift and nerrow stairs.
so close to Kings cross
Even though it is in good location, staffs are rude & cleanliness is poor. I won't recommend dis hotel to anyone
Excellent location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, highly recommend
Nothing to complain about
Clean neat and no nonsense. Value for the money in an area soaked with dubious hotels and rooms. Would use it again close to the hub of Kings Cross and St Pancras Eurostar station 3 minute walk.
All good for a budget hotel.
Location is good and convenient, two steps from Kings Cross Underground Station.
One or two girls at the reception were nice and pleasant, but the staff in general was not. The room was two small and you could ear everything from next door room. Cleaning was not great in the room, but worse in public areas. The breakfast was poor and the staff was noise with dishes.
