Pozitia sa in raport cu statia de metrou King's Cross si traseele autobuzelor.Deasemeni faptul ca este situat intr-o zona linistita, mai departe de strada principala.

Micul dejun poate fi mai consistent, si cafeaua calitativ mai buna!

WIFI not reaching top floor. Limited variety in breakfast

Immediately friendly staff and room had no nasty surprises which can often be the case. Very clean with all the conveniences I woud expect, especially for the money. Very easy location opposit main line and tube station.

Great location for all transport, the beds very comfy, nice breakfast every morning and rooms and linen changed daily, excellent if your on a budget.Will definatley stay again.

My mum has arthritis and was on 4th floor, there is no lift and this was quiet painful for her, apart from this everything was great.

Shower did not work (3rd floor room)

Rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed, reception open 24 hrs, price was comfortable and location very good!

Toilet was not working properly and room was quite small for 4 persons.

Free wireless is nice although a bit slow (and I used it in the early hours of the morning). It's well placed to transport, Underground (8 lines), National Rail, Eurostar. There is a nice patio between the two buildings for smokers, but it was usually empty. The bar has plenty of seating and a television so you can watch while your roomates sleep.

Continental breakfast was very basic, almost not worth going to (cereal, fruit salad, toast, and drinks). No elevator.

I like this hotel because the location is very good

The staff was really nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was simple (toast, cereals, juice, coffee), but good enough. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the huge Kings Cross station, from where you can hop on many different tube lines.

The walls and ceilings are very thin, you can hear all the noises from the other rooms. We stayed in room No 9 and could bearly sleep because of the noises upstairs each night between 4 and 5 am. We thought that maybe the people serving and preparing the breakfast lived there... The noise was so loud that even a pair of earplugs didn't help. Also this hotel isn't a very safe one. One afternoon we discovered that the maid had locked the door, but hadn't closed it, so our room was opened all day. And you are asked to leave your room key to the reception - sometimes when we left, there was even noone present there. I know that many hotels have that policy, but I don't consider it safe. The plus was, however, the front door was locked.

Location is great, only a minute away from King's Cross metro station which is a crossing point of almost all metro lines.

The sheets and towels were cleaned but smelling strange and obviously were very old. The bathroom is very small and also not clean enough. Poor breakfast but it is expected if you know it is a 3-star hotel in London.

The convenience to St Pancras where we arrived from Luton and Jack, the dog.

As bedtime readers we would have liked reading lights at bedside but otherwise perfect.
