Beautiful area, a warm welcome and excellent staff. The food was fresh, tasty with just the right options on the menu.
Very helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Very small double bed, with very thin mattress. Very dated plumbing.
The staff were friendly, the location looking out over the valley is lovely, the pool and Jacuzzi were very good. Since we paid just under £70 including breakfast for both of us this represents great value.
The room was gorgeous (we stayed In studio 88) staff very attentive and polite
Well located, friendly staff, and pleasant stay. We had a family get together and everyone enjoyed themselves. Thank you
Food was excellent, golf was good. We had a lovely time. Thank you.
Great location for our last minute visit to friends in Cirencester. Would like to stay in the main hotel another time for more atmosphere.
Food very overpriced, the swimming pool and changing rooms need updating. The annexe bedroom was stylish but the bathroom very tired.
Staff were friendly. Place was quite and comfortable.
Food menu could have had a bit more less posh.
Pool and small gym available Bed was lovely and comfortable Room was well furnished with a bath Breakfast was included in the price and was very good.
TV was at an odd angle to the bed, instead of having it infront of the bed it is off to the side with no long cable to move it
Breakfast was fantastic Facilities excellent Swimming pool etc great extras Bed very comfortable Staff were very helpful
The evening food was not as good as the breakfast & it did seem a little overpriced.
Everything! Such a magnificent place to stay, so serene and welcoming. Staff so friendly and helpful. Excellent! Stayed overnight on our way to Plymouth but wished we stayed more nights. Will definitely come back next year.
afternoon tea breakfast staff friendly location superb
cleaness changing room water too cold in swimming pool
We enjoyed are stay with you and would come again in the better weather.
Everything was very nice but furniture in bedroom 39 was very tired, the bathroom had mould round and black in the corners frame of the shower which didn't look very nice or inviting. I think this was a great shame because the rest of the Hotel was quite nice, we would stay again but would like to stay in one of your better rooms. as we came on one of your deals it was value for money, I am not complaining ,we hope to return at some time and have a game of gold and bring our friends with us,

Building and location
Evening meal choice
Comfortable bedroom Spacious Excellent bath and wc Clean Generally pleasant staff Ample car parking Pleasant location
Overpriced food and wine Bedrooms beginning to look slightly tired Bit pretentious Breakfast was luke warm and tea over stewed which I commented on to the waitressing staff.
Received a very warm welcome from the staff from the moment we arrived and could not have been more attentive. Very sad to leave we will be back
We were greeted with a welcoming smile at the desk and the facilities were explained to us. The room was in the annex and was comfortable. The evening meal was excellent; the STP was sumptuous and once we will never look at an "Artic Roll" in the same way. The staff at mealtimes were outstanding and could not be more helpful and polite. Oh and the breakfast!
Room size, location, towels, breakfast.
Bed bit small for two. Not enough tea bags, milk sugar etc. No fridge for the wine ....
Situation ,enviroment, feel good .Enjoyed the Leisure Facilites .
Bed was a bit hard for us .
Lovely main building with views over the golf course from the bar and dining room. Excellent breakfast with entertainment from Jack!!!
Very uncomfortable mattress in room 11 sunk into the middle, but huge room and very quiet.
