Breakfast was amazing. Bed really comfortable.

Would have preferred thicker towels but that's me being picky.

Our room was spacious and comfy. Clean and well decorated and with a lovely bay window overlooking the main road which was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was really special, fabulous sausage and bacon and filled you up for the whole day. This hotel must have been a beautiful home before paying guests were introduced. It was really spacious and very homely. It was also a good base for getting to other sightseeing places. Pretty central to everything. We really enjoyed it and would definitely book this hotel again.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Modern clean room, very spacious. Owner lovely and friendly. Breakfast was cooked and presented perfectly.

The room became very bright in the morning, thicker blinds could easily solve this problem

There is a warm family atmosphere throughout the hotel. The owners were friendly without being over fussy but really made me feel at home. Breakfast was excellent and the whole establishment is well organised. The rooms are comfortable clean and quiet. Plenty of parking spaces.

    Everything was fine.

Spotlessly clean accommodation that had recently been refurbished (Room 5) Bedroom spacious and bright with nicely appointed bathroom. Quality breakfast choice with fresh fruit to add to your cereal and friendly hosts. Onsite parking to the front and rear of the property. What more could you want.

Everything was lovely, room was large, modern and very clean! Excellent bathroom and nice touches throughout!

Maybe the breakfast start and finish timings could be better. 08.15 - 9am particularly on a Sunday is too early and not long enough really. 9am - 10.30 would be more reasonable if customers have attended a late finishing function on a Saturday night!

Overall a fantastic experience at this B&B. We stayed in room 4 my parents stayed in room 5. Both to a very high standard. Edna was a fantastic host really made us feel at home. Location was also great just a 5 Mon walk to all the amenities in Llandudno. Nice and quiet in the evening. The morning breakfast was really tasty with plenty of choice and what seemed like unlimited toast. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thanks Edna and Phil. Wayne, Kelly, Ray and Marie.

Location was good Room was comfortable Food was good

Owner advertised Dinners 3 course's but on arrival was told that she stopped doing meals 2 years ago....website obviously needs updating....at the time we were there most restaurants closed early (9ish) which left you with only Weatherspoons pub ..whilst ok that doesnt give you much choice..Windows needed cleaning badly.....oh and if you want a lay in ..no chance with hundreds of seagulls squawking from very early morning.

Staff was very helpful. Went out of their way to make us comfortable. The living room was awesome and I really enjoyed "hanging out" there. Felt like old Victorian England. Very peaceful. Parking very convenient and free.

My husband and I stayed here two nights. We had a spacious comfortable room with a very large bathroom. Fantastic! At long last after staying in numerous B&B's we had room to move and spread out. We had everything we needed including numerous power outlets so we could charge up our phone and iPad simultaneously. Plus most important there was a convienent power outlet near the mirror so for once I could dry my hair in front of the mirror. Loved the decor of our room!

The hot water shower unit. I couldn't get it working properly so endured scalding hot, freezing cold showers. My fault I guess, I should have asked for a demonstration when Phil showed us the room.

Edna was a lovely hostess and provided a clean, comfortable B&B for our travel to the Conwy area. The room was oversized and updated. The location was perfect and conveniently located!
