everything was very high standerd from the staff at the reception desk to the bar lounge and also the dinning erea who were all very pleasant and helpfull the rooms were very well kept and so comfortable i would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel the walk up to the hotel entrance

Staff very friendly and polite. Good location with a splendid view. Room and hotel very clean. Rooms get hot and no air conditioning fitted. Al a carte menu not value for money. Very awkward entrance to hotel if driving and no right turn when departing.

Friendly staff Overpriced for the standard of the hotel - breakfast mediocre, with congealed eggs. We were also told about a wedding at the hotel after we had booked and should have been offered a discount on our stay.

Nice hotel, but having stayed in other hotel in jersey it's not the best I have stayed in but the staff were good and very accomadating. I would stay again. No indoor pool. I do prefer hotels with some kind of fitnees suite.

hotel très bien situé, proche du port de saint hélier, belle vue sur la mer, chambres spacieuses et agréables, belle vue sur la mer, personnel aimable et prévenant excellent petit déjeuner, bonne cuisine , le réglage du chauffage dans les chambres serait à revoir.

View from our balcony, and the buffet breakfast Hotel was dated, and some of the public areas where dingy. Dining room lacked atmosphere, and the food although ok was a bit bland and lacked real taste. No mini bar in bedroom, and bathroom was small. I do not think this hotel is as good as other 4 star hotel we have stayed in. Driveway exit could be really dangerous.
