The home itself, the lovely family owners, the room, easy to find, a great breakfast and an excellent location for Longleat and Agua Sana at Centre Parcs. Highly recommended!

Parking tricky Shower a bit feeble
Everything. We were made so welcome and felt comfortable throughout our stay. We will most certainly be booking again next year.

The owners, Adam and Tasha Nash, although new to providing B&B, give a very warm and pleasant welcome to their family home. The guest areas are furnished to an excellent standard and sensibly appointed with high quality products. Tea, ground coffee and shortbread are provided in the rooms, along with complementary tea in the guest lounge on arrival. Excellent all round and highly recommended.
Not close enough to Malvern!
Wonderful spacious, bedroom, cotton linen, and fluffy white towels and robes. A warm and enthusiastic welcome from Natasha and Adam. Loved the excellent breakfast.
Fresh clean rooms Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom
Stairs quite tricky for two people in their eighties. A trek from car to house inconvenient but made bearable by willing and friendly help from owner
Close to longleat park.out of the way i.e town centre.nice and friendly.
Friendly, clean, nice breakfast
Bed was a bit too soft for me but my husband loved it
Great place, friendly people, value for money! Had great night! would recommend it for a good night in the country side.
slow wi-fi bath room is not connected to the room
The house location and setting is excellent, and having just a few rooms gave us the individual treatment we were looking for
Crockerton House is extremely comfortable and elegantly furnished. We we're made to feel very welcome and the breakfasts were delicious!
Enjoyed it all
Lovely big rooms
Everything from the hosts to the location, the food, comfort , cleanliness. It was a lovely experience. the hosts were so nice and helpful. We really did enjoy our stay, as we were made very welcome from start to finish. it is hard to get the mix right, but Chris managed it very well.
Nothing there was nothing to dislike, or complain about.
The welcome and friendliness of our host - nothing appeared to be too much trouble.
Chris and enid were amazing theu looked after us and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was amazing and thr house and garden was amazing.
everything about it it was our first time away from our children in 18 years if all our experiences are like this then happy days!!!!!!!!!
From start to finish it was a fantastic experiance. Many thanks to the lovely owners making us feel welcome
Chris and Enid pay great attention to detail and the rooms are immaculate, well planned and spacious with lots of additional kindnesses in the room. The location is lovely, and useful information regarding local cities is plentiful. We felt very welcome - and it is worth booking for dinner if you can as the food is lovely!
Not a major problem but internet access was intermittent - as we were having a break it really was not the end of the world!
Everything! Great place. Quiet and peaceful.Enjoyed chatting to Chris, the owner.Would happily return.
Nothing! (Would like to have taken their bed away with me, though. BIG, soft and so comfortable.....)
Crockerton House Hotel is a haven of tranquillity and makes a wonderful retreat from the busy world. Although it is a beautiful, historic building, it also provides modern day comforts and luxuries. We stayed in The Silk Room which is vast, with a lovely, comfortable seating area and fireplace with coffee table. It looks out over the pretty garden behind the house. This room also has a large en-suite with bath and combined shower. The refreshment tray has pretty china and paper napkins, ground coffee, a selection of teas, fresh milk in a vacuum flask and home made biscuits - perfect! There was also fresh fruit in a bowl. Everything was meticulously clean and fresh. All of the soft furnishings and furniture are of excellent quality and sensitively chosen to be in-keeping with this beautiful country home. Even our fluffy bathrobes were Polo by Ralph Lauren - luxury indeed! Chris and Enid were super hosts and Enid's plentiful breakfast is cooked to order - my poached eggs were delicious! Enid also offers a home cooked afternoon tea on arrival, but we arrived too late to sample this. I'm sure it is delicious! Although we only had the pleasure of staying one night, Crockerton House Hotel is very well located as a sightseeing base for many places including Longleat House and Safari Park, Shaftesbury (with the famous Gold Hill from the Hovis advert of the 1970s/80s), Salisbury, Bath etc. Crockerton House comes very highly recommended and we would love to return. Thank you again to Chris and Enid.
Excellent dinner, great option that everyone should take up
We had a wonderful stay for my parents anniversary/birthday celebration. Chris was very accommodating and we had a very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend.
Comfy bed, clean rooms, great room amenities, warm welcome, home made cake and biscuits, close to Longleat.
Breakfast was delicious, just would have enjoyed a bigger portion.
