Lovely pub/ hotel, friendly, comfortable and stylish. All the charm of a pub with the luxury of a hotel. Large room, large bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. The bed was amazing!
Super bar and restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. We were blessed with great weather, so we could make the most of the lovely garden
Delightful, helpful staff. Excellent dinner and breakfast (scrambled egg would put many 4 and 5 star hotels to shame!). Convenient location for M6. Almost exactly half way between St Andrews and London. Extremely quiet. Easy, plentiful parking in hotel's car park. Well appointed, spacious room. Lovely views over golf course and surrounding countryside. Very good value for money.

Garstang is a small market town, within easy reach of Morecambe bay, Lake District and the Peninnes. The town does not have major stores but a very good selection of local businesses which adds to its charm.
There are a range of pleasant rural walks in the area. Blackpool is also within easy reach.

Garstang is a beautiful little place, it's perfect for ramblers and business people as its on a main trunk road to lancaster/ blackpool and Preston. Its also in countryside so walkers are welcome and Garstang is just one of lots of villages with Cabus,Forton and others within good walking distance. It's a friendly place I would certainly recommend to others.

The town was pleasant, I took a walk by the river. There seemed to be a lot of pubs & cafes in the town. However, I was there to visit a friend in a care home so wasn't really there in a tourist capacity

Garstang was a lovely break from our motorway trip south.
Lovely views of countryside and walks along the river, past boats and barges, with a good mix of traditional shops and modern supermarkets!
Noticed lots of "For Sale" notices on properties, many "sold" so others find it desirable!
The hotel was in a great location and close to the bus stop. The room was a good size with everything you needed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a bath as well as a shower which was great. The staff were all friendly and helpful. And I had a very good meal of fish & chips in the evening and a buffet breakfast in the morning
Lovely location, room was very spacious with a bath and shower, restaurant was very good, plenty of choice of food at reasonable price and finally every member of staff we dealt with was superb- friendly, knowledgeable and a real credit to the hotel.
The staff from hotel to the bar were all very friendly and were always checking if I required anything. The room was clean and and was well equipped with comfy pillows. The Bathroom was clean and was equipped with Soups and clean white towels.
A lovely hotel in the centre of Garstang with car parking to the rear. The staff were all very pleasant and the breakfast was excellent. Although we did not eat there in the evening the food being served also looked very good.
The location on the local golf course is particularly attractive with the River Calder on one side and the River Wyre on another. Garstang is a pleasant town not far off the M6.
Quiet location on a golf course. Lots of free parking. Good breakfast buffet, included. Pleasant dining area. Room size and facilities are satisfactory.
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Only wished I had booked more nights. But definitely would recommend to anyone. We are hoping to stay at least once a month
