Room was brilliant. So well designed.

The bar area was a bit working men's club.

Nobody bothering you but when you needed help it was there

Stayed for 2 nights in a downstairs chalet Chalet above had squeaking floorboards and seemed as if the occupants were constantly walking backwards and forwards all night,I am not a light sleeper but was continually disturbed all night.this was reported on our checkout,to be informed by the receptionist that they had had complaints before and that they may have to soundproof the floor,shame they hadn't done that earlier

Spacious, comfortable,clean, well appointed accommodation. Good visual impression of the resort.. Quiet.

I had to climb a fence to get onto the cliff top path, when a gate would have been good.

I booked at Cromer country club for my parents for part of their wedding anniversary, they thoroughly enjoyed their stay, their accomadation was excellent, they would definetelly go again

First class accommodation. Well situated to explore North Norfolk.

Wi-fi should be a service included in the basic price of any accommodation in today's market!

The insides of the buildings have been renovated to a high standard. The gym is reasonably well appointed and the pool/sauna is very good.

Wifi is paid for which is a bit much in this day and age. Whilst the management are doing the best with what they have, the main club house building needs flattening and re-building.

The position, cleanliness and space in the villas. Friendly and helpful staff. Food in restaurant excellent.

me and my partner stayed here for one night and will definitely be returning - really friendly staff great location (you can walk down the cliffs to Cromer from the site) and the little apartment we had was perfect for self-catering it had everything you could possibly need - the kitchen was fully equipped - there were even every type of glass you could need wine/champagne/whiskey! We even had a hand blender! The site is lovely – it really had everything we could possibly need and i would recommend to families as the site seemed very secure. Really great value for money

Accommodation was good. Location perfect as it was a golfing break. Staff very helpful. Food in the evening that we dined in the restaurant was excellent.

Breakfast only being available at weekends was disappointing but then we did find a lovely cliff top cafe. Some of the party complained that the 4 berth rooms were a bit on the tiny side.

The staff are excellent especially Becky in the bar and restaurant who was never still for more than a few seconds. She was polite and friendly when taking orders in both the restaurant and bar. A credit to Cromer Country Club. The food was excellent again. This was our second visit and the food is great and value for money.

The entertainment was poor, but we did not go there for the entertainment, but for a relaxing break which we did have.

It was only for one night!

We love everything about Cromer Country Club and have stayed here many times. The staff are very efficient and the pool is one of the best kept pools we have ever used. The restaurant food and staff are both excellent.

The room initially allocated to us was, to our surprise when we turned the key, already occupied!! The staff dealt with this very well giving us an upgrade to another room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is located out of town but the coastal path along cliff tops gives a pleasant 20 minute walk into Cromer. The pool was a good size and the facilties in the spa area were good. As the unit had a kitchen we did not eat at the hotel. The unit was very well stoked with utensils etc for self-catering. While technically accommodating 4, I think that could be a push, fine for 2 people.

Being allocated a room that was occupied due to an error in the booking system but once the problem was identified, it was dealt with very positively. The bedroom needed to be a little bigger to facilitate placing bedside tables at both sides of the bed.
